As East African states work towards political and economic
integration , Rwanda is striving to break the communication barrier by
having its people learn English as opposed to the traditional French
language, which has been the country's official language for many
years. Although the tiny Eastern Africa nation opted to incorporate
English as an official language five years ago, the education system
is fraught with challenges that have made it hard for its people to
embrace the english language. Here is a look at the use of the
