Comrade EM,

Good Heavens, Chicago has some extremes, as you know the late Stephen
Malinga was Chicago based.

You will never get words into action when the Ssemuwemba the suck-ups are
always available to stand up and clap for anything thrown at them. Look at
the thread of Komuntale and wonder how it managed to take over a forum UAH
large for now 4 straight days. That is what excites Ugandans, talking about
people and Wolokoso. And one can simply imagine the problems in Uganda if
they were in Ontario if Komuntale’s crap would have even got a space in a
local paper, but in Uganda to Ugandans this is great news, they jump dead
people to talk about Komuntale’s very important issue. 4 straight days it is
running live in UAH. When you find such brains and you are Museveni you feed
on them, when you are Monica Katsigazi Tindimubona you feed on them and
The Abbey Ssemuwembas will stand up and praise you including sending you
money to a time they will turn against you and bite you in the behind. But
today it is Tindimubona to be praised and to congratulate. Now go back and
question how much Abbey knows about this woman let alone her organization,
apart from sending congratulations, can he stand up in this forum and state
how this organization has helped Ugandans in North America? Nada but he has
only seen the piece Monica posted and pulled it into UAH to congratulate
her. And as I have complained always, when Abbey posted it into UAH he did
not take that one second to CC his comment to Monica, he simply polled it to
the forum, congratulate her and left it at that. When we pull any discussion
from any one to a forum we are not sure is a member we copy then so that
comments like this one are sent to them for a right to self-defend. As I
stated before if I was in power in Uganda I would not release the net to
Ugandans for they are not ready to use it. Now watch, Abbey Ssemuwemba who
has congratulated her first is the one going to bite her first come ten
years down the road. And I present to you OJ as the first state witness. Ten
years from today as we have OJ being burnt in UAH as a fraud, it is going to
be Monica as a fraud and again Abbey is going to forget these praises which
I will pull and re-post.

Again I am waiting on Monica to inform us what valuable things this
organization has done for Ugandans in North America. And I need only one.

You write and I directly quote “Kindly allow me this opportunity to thank
the out-going executive, for the great work and great contributions they
made in growing our community. A lot of positive progress has been achieved
by the previous executive, and we hope to continue the spirit of
transforming our community for the better “ End quote. To me as a Ugandan
in North America, it would be very helpful if you can list the things that
have been done for us as Ugandans, that have been a positive progress, and
what we have already achieved thanks to the outgoing executive. And this is
important for when you list them as successes of an executive of an ongoing
organization, it helps us to know what we have achieved through the last
executive and what you are going to finalize. To me this writing means that
as a Ugandan in diaspora I have an organization that is continuous, so you
as a new president you are going to continue with what has been achieved. So
the clarification I am looking for is what you see that has been done by the
past leadership that you are proud of, and you are going to move forward
with. Kindly clarify that position for all I see in your document is a
writing of generalizations and luck of specifics. I for some reason have a
problem with organization and any organization that builds its self on
praising the last leadership but falls short in listing what it has
achieved. Yes this plan was started by the last leadership and it had five
stages, they accomplished two stages, and I am moving forward with the last
three. That can be a very good start Monica.

What is it that the last leadership has done for us as Ugandans which you’re
going to follow through Tindimubona?

To all Ugandans in Greater Chicago,

I am taking this opportunity to thank you for accepting me to serve you for
the next 2 years. This is a huge responsibility, because our community has
grown fast; we now have 4 generations: parents, with children,
grand-children, and great grand children; implying that we have to think and
plan long-term in everything we do, because our actions will have a powerful
impact on our children and their children!

Remember, in as much we are connected by our Ugandan birth place, I believe
being here together is not a mere coincidence; I believe we are divinely
connected, and with a connected future. Therefore, I am requesting each and
every one of you, to look at the love within your love, and let us
collaborate and grow our community with one single spirit of love and unity.
Please.

Kindly allow me this opportunity to thank the out-going executive, for the
great work and great contributions they made in growing our community. A lot
of positive progress has been achieved by the previous executive, and we
hope to continue the spirit of transforming our community for the better. I
am also especially thankful to the outgoing President Mr. John Bisegerwa for
his final communication and the great words of advice (that is wisdom).

Personally, I don’t believe in micro-management; and so I am encouraging
each and every one of you to participate and share ideas that will help grow
and prosper our community faster. Never forget. We all need each other, we
all need one another. I love Henry Ford’s definition of success, “Coming
together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together
is success”.

We will be communicating to you regularly, and especially look forward to
meeting you soon in our community get- together to celebrate Christmas and
start of 2014. We are also planning a couple of great personal development
and empowerment seminars for 2014; where we can advance our community and
explore more opportunities for success. Allow me to share with you this
lovely quote I saw highlighted at a Jewish seminar; “United we stand.
Divided we fall. Cooperation is a thorough conviction that nobody can get
there unless everybody gets there”.

I end by requesting the Ugandan spirit in you, to look at the love within
your heart, and let us get together and build our divinely connected
community in unity.

P.S. “The moment we break our faith with one another, the sea engulfs us and
the light goes out” by James Baldwin. So we have to make wise choices, that
we’ll be proud of 50 years in the future.

I am always available, feel free to reach out to me.

L

Your humble servant,
