the Canada article about a doctor using fake qualifications mean? You
attempt to imply, dishonestly, that exposing a doctor with fake
qualifications is mudslinging which is not true. It appears that you just

are just having so many English words and you would like to put them on a
display?
I'm having a great day and I thought I will only read a dumb posting on this

The sham doctor, aged around 30 and wearing a scarf which partly covered her
face, fled the hospital before police were called, but an hour later she
performed a similar stunt at the second hospital.
In a further shock for patients, it is believed the woman could have passed
herself off as a doctor on previous occasions, performing similar cruel acts
at other Montreal hospitals.
The most recent security breach, which occurred on Monday, emerged Friday
after police released a CCTV image believed to be of the woman in an appeal
to hunt her down.

In the picture, the pretend doctor is seen walking down the hallway of an
emergency ward wearing a stethoscope and holding folders in her left hand.
The hospitals, both of which are part of the McGill University Health Centre
in Montreal, Canada's second biggest city, are now urgently reviewing
patient protection protocols, including upping identification checks.
But furious patient groups have called for a complete overhaul of security.
President of the Council for the Protection of the Sick, Paul Brunet, is
demanding answers: 'Someone pretending to be a doctor walked in with
dossiers under her arm and started seeing patients, no badges. What happened
to security?'
Associate director general for the McGill University Health Centre, Ann
Lynch, said no patients were harmed by the woman but added the hospitals
were 'extremely concerned' about the security breach.
'I think this is a situation that can happen in any public institution. It's
a wake-up call to all public institutions to really look at the issues of
security', she said.
Montreal police said they were not alerted to the incident until the next
day.
Constable Simon Delorme said the woman visited the first hospital and gave a
diagnosis that didn't have anything to do with why that patient was there.
'They found it a little bit bizarre', Mr Delorme added.

ever decide to character assassinate someone, base that assassination on
facts than fabrications. And we all have to realize that Ssemuwemba
character assassinated OJ simply on fabrications and without a chance to
self-defend. And if he did it to OJ every single member in UAH is in danger,
because as OJ never expected to be attacked in this manner, Owor Kipenji or
EM does not know when is his death sentence in this forum. There are many
signs of a forum that has out lived its usefulness, but the most major
prescription is when the moderators start to fabricate stories on present
and past members. By the way it is good you raised the issue of John Baptist
for I can recall him now for he used to hung out with Opiyo Oloya but never
with OJ. So again that was a Nawulidde too. And one can deal with the
Lugambo of Ugandans but when a moderator of such a large forum decides to be
an informer against fellow Ugandans especially nonmembers of his forum,
then again I repeat myself all of us as members in the forum are in danger.
Last Saturday I decided to drive to a local Uganda store, a store Gwokto has
written about before, as much as I love to buy Uganda things, I try to
refuse going into that store and why? I run from Ugandans with their
Lugambo. He talks to you for 5 minutes and a week after you hear what you
stated out of Kampala now twisted a million times, so I have no time for
them, but this Saturday I had to drive to that store for reasons I would not
help. As soon as I walked in I started to discuss my business with the lady
that runs it which was only 5 seconds tops. As Ugandans in diaspora have
nothing but time on their hands, there was a Baboon standing into the store
and talking as if he was on double Ds. I neglected him but he had this face
of who is this Ugandan? When the lady walked to the back of the store to
pick up what I needed, the Baboon turned around to my face wondering how I
was doing. I thanked God for the lady came back in 2 seconds, for his next
question was going to be what part of Uganda I come from, where did I go to
school, how long have I been in this city and what job I do, with how much
money I have in the bank. They all ask those uniform questions 5 seconds
they see your face. I was able to cut him off for in 10 seconds my business
was done and I drove off. Now that is a situation I can control for it is in
my ability and power to cut him off. How do members and non-members of UAH
protect themselves from a forum when its very owner decides to turn it into
a Lugambo center based on Nawulidde and Wolokoso on people? And doing it on
their backs when they have absolutely no means let alone a right to
self-defend. That is the tragedy of the membership and non-members of UAH
for the forum has started to feed on the population.
You are right, for some very unknown reason, the moderators of UAH have
decided to become a gang.

For sometime now there has been a deliberate attempt by persons who for
reasons best
known to themselves have transformed this forum into a broadcasting
corporation ala BBC
where it is there duty to deride,lambast other people's personalities and
busy themselves in
outright gossips like simple minded persons.
Enlightenment incidentally carries with it certain minimum expectations of
its' claimants.
Foremost is that we need to be fair even to those we love to hate.
Now for starters,there has been recycling of information about a one Oryema
Johnson who most of us know was once upon a while a member of this forum but
ceased to be some 3-4 or so years ago.
Given this background,why would we the self acclaimed enlightened people
choose to slight and or slander a man who is not a member of this forum?
What claims do we have to state whatever it is as being the truth so that we
recklessly malign a person without giving him the chance to defend himself?
Mr Semuwemba as the administrator of this forum should ensure that whenever
he mentions a private person that I assume OJ is,that person must be given
all the information being mentioned about him/her so that they defend
themselves.Failure to do so and continue perpetuating this Nawulidde stories
greatly diminishes the status we claim to have.
I have stated that only private persons deserve this treatment not public
figures like politicians so,let nobody come around and start saying what
about the political gangsters that have hamstrung Africans all over the
continent.
It is thus fair to make whatever claims we make about any private person as
long as the originator of this claim is ready to ensure the person being
adversely mentioned gets all the correspondence.
In not doing so,we are acting in a way that makes the person we love to
slight better than us.
Lastly,the Acholi doctor some of you are claiming is being impersonated is
not a Johnson but rather John Baptist Oryema and I highly doubt they have
ever crossed paths with Oryema Johnson aka Onaba. Onaba has always been
Oryema's online name if you cared to read his e-mails so that is a no
brainer!
Lets get a little bit of decorum in dealing with each other rather than
engaging in lugambo like the hawkers in village markets.
