(AFP) - Mwakilishi wa Serikali ya Jamhuri ya Kidemokrasia ya Kongo ameiambia
AFP wakati wa ziara ya Bogota Ijumaa kwamba nchi yake alikuwa na kuteka
mchakato kuwaunganisha na jamii ya waasi wa Colombia , ili mkataba wa amani
na waasi M23 katika nchi yake.

Musombo Shirika la Colombia kwa Kuwaunganisha na jamii (ACR) , shirika la
serikali kwamba inasimamia kurudi kwa maisha ya raia ya wapiganaji wa zamani
haramu vikundi kama waasi au wanamgambo wanamgambo katika nchi hii

(AFP) - A representative of the Government of the Democratic Republic of
Congo has told AFP during a visit to Bogota Friday that his country had to
draw the reintegration process of Colombian guerrillas , to the peace
agreement with the rebels M23 in his country.
Director of Disarmament and demobilization in Kinshasa , Roger Musombo
visited the Colombian Agency for Reintegration ( ACR ) , the government
agency that oversees the return to civilian life of former combatants
illegal groups as guerrillas or militias paramilitaries in this country
plagued by armed conflict for nearly half a century . " I was told how ACR
works , how it addresses the demobilization, disarmament . This merger am
very interested , because in our country , the M23 is ready to lay down
their weapons," he said .
A peace agreement between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the M23 ,
which announced cease his rebellion after the debacle of the last few days ,
to be signed on Monday. " The Colombian process is very commendable as it
lasts six years and establishes a sustainable responsibility " on the part
of the state, said Mr. Musombo . " They are a complete radiography

The Congolese official also stressed the importance of funding by the

year of peace talks with the main guerrilla country , the Revolutionary
