No Ugandans do not need to die they only need to change from working for my
own pocket to nationalism. Care about tomorrow. Worry about your childrens
future. A man was appointed a minister in Uganda and his parents came to
kneel down at Musevenis feet to thank him for that appointment. When you
become a minister in this province you lose income for you are paid less
than the market value. The province does not even have a retirement package
for MPs and ministers, I think. Yet in Uganda when you walk into those
doors the manna falls as from heaven to your house. Again I remind you of
Wafula Oguttu that abandoned UAH the moment he was elected an MP. Why?
Because what he was stating in this forum was not his gut feeling it was
horse manure to non-thinkers like you. You stood up and praised him as a
nationalist yet those of us like myself and Dr Owor that knew the back
ground of the real Oguttu warned you that the man is a political fake.
Go back on all international institutions that have voted their leaders out
of power, through a referendum, you will realize that you need the votes
from opposition and from the government side to isolate the president. Now
walk into Kampala and ask Wafula Oguttu who is in opposition to vote for an
impeachment of Museveni he will run away. Why? Because that goes against his
bread and butter supply. Politics in Uganda is the big dog with so many
breasts and every small and weak puppies are trying and so hard to reach
that nipple and suck on it for satisfaction. And in so reaching that nipple
the puppies sometimes trend on each other and die, Lukwago a good example.
And you are standing up to blame the God damn Dog? Geez !!!!!! No no no no
keep on sucking that Dog for that is exactly what we as Ugandans in diaspora
want. Suck it until when it will die and a nipple will break off and fall in
your mouth, for when the dog died the nipple got rotten and broke off when
you were still sucking it.
Keep sucking as international community keeps on putting an Ivy on the
dying Dog when you do not care about its health.

Mr Gwokto;
The problem is that, there are no such managers to steal the show;
otherwise, so many opportunities has presented itself to the opposition, but
they are simply cowards peke yake. I was following the Thai opposition who,
at a drop of a stick managed to rattle Madam Shinawatra's wig by organising
a march to the people's parliament, by thousands. The prime minister
survived the vote of no confidence by the skin of her teeth.
Ugandans, like a seed; must be prepared to die, in order to germinate!

Mr. Mulindwa;
It's unfortunate that you have permanently marooned your political comments
about this case against your usual nemesis, Besigye and Kamya. Parliament
has now taken up this case and summoned senior government officials.
I wonder if it was Besigye or Kamya ordering MPs to summon Minister
Nyakairima and IGP Kayihura. Free your head from that tunnel.

Name sake
The non-decent Ugandans see hooligans that have no single cooperation with
Police. Kampala is a very tinny city where everyone knows every one, and
these hooligans have already killed a Police Officer. This Police Force has
already held daily run along with these hooligans so this is not the first
time. I wonder if Uganda government will put up an inquiry on why Police
brutalized them because this going after Police Officers that was exercised
by the population has been going on for years. In this very city if a Peron
is shot at Jane and Finch it does not make news. Radio stations will
sometimes report of a death of a one in the area but many times they dont,
are those non Canadians? No they are Canadians but Police function by
numbers. There is a time one is killed at this area every weekend, Do you
really want to post a homicide every weekend? No you are affecting the
values of the real estate let alone the name of the city so we by pass it.
And all these decisions are made due to the reaction of the people in the
community, that is why we survey what community to live in before we move.
And I am saying all this for youre looking for the democracy in your city
to prevail in Kampala which is completely impossible sir.
I end with a very good example of how these are hooligans. The Mayor was
rightly or wrongly removed from office by impeachment. There was a fracas
between Police and the people, Edward Pojim would you wake up tomorrow
morning and announce that you are escorting this man to office come Monday
morning? The answer is no for there are better ways to fight the decision
that was made than taking streets. But the people in Kampala do not have
that option because they have Dr Kiiza Besigye and Betty Kamya who failed to
be elected and are looking for violence to reach political supremacy. They
feed on these people.
Lukwago is not going to create a no Lule No work for those that stood under
no Lule no work none was a hooligan. These are going to be taken down as
they so raise up. Just watch.

Mr. Mulindwa;
There are two related issues here;
1) Removal of Lukwago from office. On this issue, his supporters say he was
unlawfully ousted as mayor. It's these supporters who want to "escort" him
on Friday to resume his duties as Mayor. I oppose this move, and urge them
to first follow the legal channel.
2) Police Brutality: On this one, most every decent Ugandan and anyone who
saw those photos will readily agree that the police commited some crime in
how they manhandled Lukwago's lawyer. However, there have been no calls
yet, either for authorities to act on the brutal officers, or for a public
demonstration against the police.
Come Friday, both these issues might merge! And here is why...
Luwago's escort will be met with extra brutality, ala pro-Lule demonstration
in 1979. The government then will be tasked to explain why it resorted to
this massive brutality against unarmed civilians.

Chaka;
The threat to escort Lukwago to the City Council chambers is a defiance in
the name of people's power. It will gain legal credibility and wider support
among citizens if it's seen as a last resort.
Opting for this route before exhausting legal options will only embolden the
government to crack down on peaceful protestors.
