End of Year Holiday Season.
I am at The Hague in the Netherlands for an international conference to be
hosted by the newly formed Uganda Diaspora Nederlands (UDN).
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss steps to be taken collectively to
transition Uganda to a liberal democracy, rule of law, good governance, respect
for human rights and fundamental freedoms, social justice and happiness for all
Ugandans in present and future generations. I will keep you advised of
developments.
