Istead it is* *Sudan or South Sudan.* *Any A.L. student in Uganda i.e. Budo, Gayaza, Ntare etc..... is far far below them in Maths competense. It seems it has become even cultural.* *Chinese students here were always coky, terrorrizing all in Canadian Universities. * *That is until these very very dark fellows showed up. The China man in Canada, and all, were and are, still stunned.* *Sudanese come on top for, **Large scale project engineering at Sherbrooke Univ Quebec, Geophysics at UoT, Material Science Engineering - Nano Engineering, a myriad of Earth Science disciplines, .......... They are every where. * *They take National prizes, year after year.* *They dont just come first in class. They are on front pages of Canadian daily papers.* *Also folks,* *In Mathematics Libraries here decent books from Africa are either from Univ of Cape Town Press or Univ of Khartoum Printers.* *Seriously. Not even Nigeria comes close. Univ of Ibadan, Nsukka, etc...... Nothing!!* *Our school system is Christian-based origin. * *Cape Town's and Sudan's is Semite.* *Is that why we are behind?* *How does one explain Catholic Philippine's pathetic dysfunctionality and decay to vibrant systems like in Muslim Malaysia?* *We Ugandans should eat humble pie and accept that S Sudanese are our superiors in Maths. Much much superior that is!!* *How do they do it?* *And i**t seems to have become part of their culture too. * *The China man is sending rovers to the moon, nervously looking behind at the S Sudanese.* *That is the truth folks.
