Even if Museveni walks out of state house today still Uganda must have a
civil war, don’t give people false hopes. No let me put it the other way,
if Museveni walked out of power ten years ago we still would have got a
civil war.

So back off sir. Geez !!!!!!!

Comrades,

I have said it before and I am going to repeat it. The only way for Uganda
to avoid a civil war is for the present government to step down and appoint
a care taker government to organise a free and fair election.

Understandable but we are talking about two different eras, just like it was

Even in Rwanda right now it will not be that easy to repeat the genocide as
it was before, that's why o want to repeat such events are more served by
frontline confrontations as we see in Syria.

But you are right this discussion does not serve us well, and I hope nothing
of that magnitude befalls us.

Do you not know that both Gaddafi and Sadam Hussein had 2kill/take over from
their very close relatives. Infact Sadam didn't stop there - he killed his
daughter's husband.

No need to go continue.

Please note that this is merely a discussion. Nobody wants/is calling for
bloodshed.

Herrn Mulindwa,

If you have two distinctive units, its pretty easy to divide, multiply or do
whatever you want with them. Like if all you have are Hutus facing Tutsis.

It becomes more complex when you have many more tribes, with evn one of the
so called largest tribe that has a history of not being so royal especially
in the presence of money.( I have never figure out who lead to switching
power to the Machine gun that the Late Mutesa had!)

It becomes more complex when now days many will only call in question your
tribe when they want to speak their "Mother language", if you have both
parents from the same tribe anyways or if you not married to an American or
Hispanic!

So give me the line, because I know so many who voted for the President from
diverse groups and the civil war reason would be the same reason they will
vote for him in greater number, "Kasita twebaka kutulo".

Again there in one right or wrong reasoning meaning that its only thoughts,
and these can change at any moment new information becomes available.

Ugandans

Back on this reasoning, it reminds me the very reasoning Abbey Ssemuwemba
structured into this forum that he knows for a fact that Acholis never
targeted Langis because in UK he knows a Langi married to an Acholi. Really
!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Tutsis went after Hutus for there has never been a Hutu
that has ever screwed a God damn Tutsi?

Wow !!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe we can have a civil war in Uganda at this moment.
First of all we are so much connected now through friendships, marriages,
business wise and many other ways plus those who are educated or exposed
enough to the world know that there is no benefit whatsoever in such a
venture. As per what happened in Rwanda basically you had two tribes going
for each others necks and Uganda if you take it along the tribal lines (
which are getting meaningless with time even when the oldies are trying as
much as possible to maintain the divides) you have a more complicated
formula.
Lastly numbers are all it takes, as usual the voices of the aggressors tend
to be louder but don't underestimate the voices of those who are against
blood shed especially when communication is not limited to radios these
days.

History has only one use in humanity, it shows you what you don't want, but
those who focus on reliving the past or explaining and managing the present
based on the past, will never be on the leading edge, and can never usher in
any change. We all know what we don't want, so lets invest in creating what
we want.

And trust me I have followed Uganda politics way long to make a very

trying to stop it is honestly anti Uganda.

There is nothing that is going to build Uganda than Ugandans learning its
value.
