There is another way to bother me. If cultural leaders are of value to Uganda
as a state, why are issues that should have been pushed by them failing?
Ugandans now shit on rivers, that should have been pushed by cultural leaders
than the government. Uganda government now pushing for a mini skirt ban, that
should have been pushed by cultural leaders. Uganda government now going after
drunkerdness that is killing Ugandans that should have been pushed by cultural
leaders. Remember the public crapper we saw the other day? It was in Fort
Portal where is King Ayo when you need one? Hey let me ask the real question
come what may.
What is the value of cultural leaders in Uganda?
Just asking !!!!!!

Should we again blame it on colonialism? But wait a minute - I think that is
of a few areas of our "civilization" the colonialists did not tamper with.
Thank heavens we still have those pan-Africanists in Moroto who still
uncompromisingly defending it.
