Ugandans
What Akim Odong has written is very important for us to look at and
critique. And I am going to go after only one sentence and I directly quote
Mr. Akin Odong I bet if it was a white person who had suggested that
federalism is the panacea to Uganda's ill the likes of Mulindwa would have
jumped on the bandwagon like flies to poo. End quote. This is a true
sentence 100%. I have lived in the white mans land a couple of days, and
not all that white men plan is a success but if what they have planned to
implement successes or fails, they take the time to plan it and take the
time to study it. What fail Africans at large is building structures from
top to bottom than from bottom up. A white man never plans an idea as stupid
as what Akim Odong is suggesting to Ugandans. Let us look at how stupid is
the idea of making Uganda a federal state.
1} Akim Odong has failed to understand why the unitary system has failed. A
very good example is Mengo structure. From the very day Mengo was structured
there is no single success it can register today. Not even a single one. Is
Mengo failing due to unitarism? No because Unitarism never instructed
Ssabassajja Mutebi to have babies from women he cannot name publicly that
was a bad action from a man that is supposed to be a leader of a region thus
a role model for the rest of Baganda boys, he made it between himself and
his pants. Whether you hand Mutebi all powers that Mutesa two had he is
naturally a poor leader, whether you make him the leader of Buganda or
Uganda he still is a bad leader, thus changing Uganda from unitary to a
Federal state cannot create a culture that has a leader who respects women
but a true role model for Baganda. Look at The Akayanja Ka Kabaka we
discussed last night, why has it failed to be cleaned? No it does not need a
functional government it only needs people that care, you and I to stand up
under a leadership in the institution and we go and clean it up, as Baganda
we simply have failed to get leadership out of Mengo to do the job.
2} There is a posting I wrote to Dr Kayondo Edward regarding back and
future taxation. Many Baganda in this forum are demanding that Mengo gets
handed taxation powers, but that is the top of the equation. If this demand
was made by a white man he should have started ages ago to build a ground
work of how that taxation can be done. By today Emiluka Abatongole
Amagombolola structures would have been established, and they would have
been elected and changing powers after election should have been already
established. We would have allowed those elected chiefs to collect their
taxes on a local level, it does not have to be a permission from the
government but a Mengo maintenance fee of let us say 500 shillings for every
Muganda every year. You collect it on a Mutongole level and a Mutongole
level hands it to Muluka level and a Muluka level hands it to a Gombolola
level which hands it to Mengo at top. Then a white man would make its
structure such that the 500 collected originally, a Mutongole keeps 200 and
sends up 300 to Muluka who keeps 100 and sends 200 to Gombolola which keeps
75 and sends 125 to Mengo. As I have structured out these deliverances, a
white man would work out a clear written administrative systems into those
administrations to understand how they can collect those monies and how they
spend it. We would have written documents on how we change Miluka chiefs and
how we elect them and how they become accountable. Nothing fancy but to show
a system that works and can be followed logically. A white man would have
allowed this system to self-check its self and to see that people respect it
and pay into the system but the levels invest those moneys into running a
viable region. Ten years down the road he would walk with that system as an
example on how Buganda can function and demands for policing authority and
prisoning authority. That would come as a top gear on a whole whack of
ground work done already. Akim Odong does not want to do that ground work
he just wants to raise up one morning, put on his shoes and set out a couple
of farts in the morning and Walla the region of Buganda has authority to tax
people.
If a preacher has managed to organize Ugandans to pump money to him by
eating grass, just how stupid is Mutebi that fails to raise money from
Baganda? Geeez !!!!!!!!!!!
3} A white man would have sat with all political parties, and demanded them
to go inside Buganda and build regional headquarters inside Buganda. So you
would have UPC Buganda region FDC Buganda region Movement Buganda region,
Kabaka Yekka Buganda region. Then all these parties would have established
themselves into Buganda with a full administration, banking structures and
accountants and leaders of women and leaders of youths and leaders of
politicking but all based on Buganda only. Then a question would become what
political party will defend Buganda interests best. That is what Mengo would
have backed and that is what Baganda would have voted for. We get MPs and
send them to parliament with a promise of defending Buganda interests.
Uganda political parties have got stuck into Kampala. There is an idiot that
announced a Kampala youth Movement organization, how silly are you? Is
Uganda only in Kampala? A man like Dr Kiiza Besigye now is stuck in Kampala
even though he is no longer a leader of FDC and no longer holding a hope in
Gods earth of ever winning an election let alone being a president. Now as
any dying Lion he is raising his head at his age and health screaming how he
is going to get a God damn gun and shoot half of Ugandans to be a president.
Are you really that dumn? Dr Kiiza Besigye in all people you have murdered
in our country what have you achieved so far to show. You have been in
politics for ion years it is time for a report card. And dont tell me that
Museveni has failed you for if he has failed you this long may be you are
not the required material. Get out of the firkin way. GEEEEEEZZZZZZ!!!!!!!
4} A white man would have built his structure on the government failures.
There are so many Ugandans in diaspora, we operate very independently of
uganda government, I can raise money today and send it to Uganda to build a
hospital in Luwero, that is not a problem, what is the problem is that the
Ugandans at home will scoop that money so fast and you will never see the
hospital. Half of idiots in diaspora have tried to build houses in Uganda
and those houses do not exist. The money is not eaten by Museveni or by
unitary system it is eaten by you the people the relatives of us at home.
When you go home and buy a plot as soon as you land here you start to send
money to your relatives to put up a house and the houses in the neighboring
plots grow every time you send money to build yours. Why? Is this because of
unitarism? No it is because your brother your sister your mother your uncle
your partner you are using in Uganda sells the cement to them at half the
price. Be faithful and build that house, shame Museveni and shame the
government failure by building functional dispensaries and hospitals and
research works. You can do these things without a government intervention.
Yesterday I wrote a piece on how my daughter wondered at what goes into
Entebbe and not a single soul responded to it for it was high end material
for Ugandans. I thus fade good food to Dogs. Someone sent me a private Email
and said do you think Ugandans understand that danger? Federalism does not
erase born stupidity, growth does. A white man would implement all these
laws on village levels before the government does. A white man would have
cleaned up Akayanja Ka Kabaka within Mengo authority, then would turn around
to demand more authority to build on what he has established in the region
and has been tested and shown signs of working.
5} When a white man register an organization out of Uganda as we have, he
runs it effectively. UNAA Is a shame to all of us as Ugandans that we define
ourselves publicly as Kenyans than Ugandans. No I do not need the UNAA crap
to be related to me. So where in Africa do you come from? Kenya and Jumbo
Bwana. We move on. Look at the sheer stupidity of UAH going after OJ. I
again repeat myself, I have no idea what relationship was between Abbey
Ssemuwemba Gwokto and OJ they all each have a story and a different story.
They all have a right to go after each other all they want, but my God when
you are going to post such crap on any one you copy it to him. SAS should
have been informed about the steps taken by UAH and OJ should have been
copied a file. No we rose up as mad men and posted a photograph of a man on
a forum this large and we sat on our dining table and praised ourselves.
What is the difference between that action and what Marchar has done in
South Sudan? A white man brings solutions and calls them a panacea for he
shows you the back ground. Akim Odong is showing me the good things that
Federalism does he does not show me how he will build to reach it. Reverend
Jessica Nakapombe stood up and claimed how Federalism has made Canada a
democratic society, when I asked her to clarify how dictatorial Canada was
before the BNA act, she walked into the washroom and closed the door. The
discussion is built on such a fallacy. Yes we jump on solutions of whites
like flies to poo for when you ask him questions he answers them. May
Uganda Federalism rest in peace. Abako muyiteewo mwe muba musooka okuyiwako
ettaka.

That is the sort of stubbornness that is destroying Uganda and Africa at
large. The refusal to consider other's opinion. The arrogance that its only
their opinion that count. I bet if it was a white person who had suggested

Henry, I am glad, you stood up to Mulindwa's bravado, but i would be more
pleased if you actively got involved involved in the propagation of the idea
whose time has come.

Washington, DC, January 13, 2014 (SSNA) -- Just when you thought tribalism
in the corrupt regime of tyrant Salva Kiir Mayardit could not get any worse,
it reaches a new low, only this time it's happening just about a few blocks
from the White House in Washington, D.C.
Sadly, if there are three words to describe the Embassy of the Republic of
South Sudan to the United States, they are: The Dinka Embassy to the United
States.
Let's break it down:
At the helm of this corrupt Embassy sits one of the most, if not the most,
tribalist, corrupt and bigoted diplomat in foreign service, Dr. Akec Khoc,
who shamelessly and heartlessly has turned what's supposed to be the
people's Embassy into a family business. He employed his own tribesmen and
women to be the only ones at his official residence. All of whom are in the
payroll of the Embassy.
In addition, two of his relatives are released for studies while they
continue to draw their monthly salaries from the Embassy.
But if you think you have seen it all, think again. The list bellow reveals
that Dr. Khoc is carefully following the same bad path that was once walked
by his fellow tribesman, former Police Inspector General, Ruben Mach, which
let to the " Kokora" and ultimately the destruction of the then Regional
Autonomy in 1983.

witnessed such reckless, divisive and malicious actions from our Dinka
friends.
Of all people in South Sudan, the Dinka are blessed with the most highly
educated people in all walks of life, but apparently history is not one of
them. Otherwise, why would anyone repeat the dark history that we continue
to suffer from its consequences to this very moment.
We call for an immediate removal of Dr. Akec Khoc along with the army of his
tribesmen and women.
