For unknown reason, the army and its commanders are trying to cleanse
themselves by trying to investigate the crimes they themselves committed.
How redicuolous!., If Wamala's ploy is to smoke out Sejusa/ Tinyefunza from
his hide out, he should come out clean. Otherwise, the entire army and its
chief commander, is guilty of the said crimes and Ugandans should not rest
until they are committed to the court.
Olara Otunnu has been calling out for a Truth and Reconciliation commission
and that is the do thing rather than thieves investigating thieves as Wamala
the army commandant suggests.
UFA will institute a Truth and Reconciliation Commission immediately on
taking office, even after fifty years.
