God help me
The entire reasoning is based on utter stupidity. Tinyefunza was one of the
people that committed these crimes why would he tell you anything about
NRA/NRM? Samson Mande has been in Sweden for ion years what new thing do you
know from him that you never knew when he was Uganda’s diplomat? Movementists
do not talk. Period. Getrude Njuba was in Luwero Ssabassajja Mutebi was in
Luwero Dr Kiiza Besigye was in Luwero Mugisha Muntonyera was in Luwero Kale
Kayihura was in Luwero, have they told you where Luwero mass graves are? No
because they were part of the killers they can never self-incriminate. Why
should Tinyefunza?

Allan;
You are preaching to the converted. You and I have shared our views about
Museveni, especially his penchant to wreck havoc where peace prevails.
But, he has opened a can of worms that I want to pursue to his destruction.
Many times here and elsewhere, we have accused Museveni of heinous crimes,
committed by his NRA, and ostensibly under his orders.
Now, the president has fallen out with a few senior commanders who must have
supervised those atrocities. These generals are gaining the courage to talk.
One of them, Tinye, has been mumbling. I think he and his co-accused need a
forum to spill the beans.
Allan, Museveni has given us that forum. Let's go for it and solicit
testimonies from these disgruntled generals and their victims, and lay out a
case to impeach or overthow Museveni.
Can we muster the courage to panel a court to hear out these witnesses? That
should be question.
We all know Museveni's motive, and how he frustrates everything that comes
close to pinpointing him. However, if we are serious about changing the guards
at State House, then let's seize this opportunity and get him out of there
before the next general elections.
The Opposition should table a Bill in Parliament pronto to provide for the
creation of a Judicial Commission of Inquiry, a commission with powers to
compel suspects to testify, and a commission with the teeth to order the
prosecution of whoever is nailed.
Wafula Oguttu should have this Bill as Order Number One, after he's sworn-in.

Pojim,
Believe it or not, the guy is damn lucky. He tells his commanders that he wants
results. He get s his way without specifying how he needs those results. You
will be lucky to nail him. plus most of those that committed gross crimes are
dead anyway. Guess what dead in the most miserable way. For example I happen to
have met Commander suicide aka Marion Mutungi or Katungi . He died a pauper.
And I mean 100% a pauper. He was all curses of his boss. What didn't suicide do
in Adukuland? He is dead. Look at Gen. Sejusa. I sincerely do not know how he
can redeem himself. There was another one :Maj Mujuni aka Rutatina. He was
chaos itself. He is dead. Died a miserable and angry man. He once told me,
"Boys M7 hit a jack pot. The rest of us a pieces of shit." M7 knew that they
were committing all these crimes but as long as the results he wanted were
being achieved he did not care. And once they were achieved, he discarded them
fast. There was no way, for example Kazini would live to tell a tale. The guys
was an asshole! Uncouth barely educated very raw. For him to have become an
army commader simply tell you what kind of Sabalwanyi is! As you can see it is
obvious why he is backing Kirr. For those of you who think that it was a good
deed, think again!

My call here is not to support the president per se, but to dare him to go
ahead and institute this probe, because, I believe, he's into this atrocities
up to his neck. So, Mugisha Muntu, Tinyefunza and all the commanding generals
of the day, should not shy away from cooperating with the investigation, even
if evidence ultimately points at them.
Hannah and, I think, George Okello, have a trove of documents that leads one to
believe that President Museveni is as guilty of these charges as his generals.
Museveni has handed us a weapon to nail him. Let's grab it with wanton glee and
get rid of this man once and for all.

Has anything concrete came out from the investigation about Dr. Kayira's death?
If, yes then, what the Museveni said will materalised, but if NO, then, the
issue will die a natural death after 2016. It will not come out before 2016 and
die after the selection of Museveni in 2016. Only people who have eyes but
don't see, have ear but don't hear, have brain but cannot think correctly will
believe what Museveni said. This, to me show how stupid some ugandans are. They
went to school but learned nothing. They believe in every thing M7 tells them
without question. Its sad. Yet he (Museveni) have been lying to ugandans from
the first day he went to the bush, to date some have not yet realised. They
tell us to rally behing the president and persue this probe with gusto. Which
probe rally are you refering to? It would be good if you go alone and support
him untill you become to old to walk behind him without any report, then you
will come and join some of us who see no use to even think about the issue so
long as NRA/M and Museveni is till in power.

Joseph;
We should rally behind the president and pursue this probe with gusto, so that
we unearth who did what when, and what the president knew and when.
Given that he most likely knew everything and still did nothing, Museveni will
be found to have committed impeacheable offenses. So, in one stroke, Ugandans
will have the opportunity: remove Museveni and his gang of murderous generals
from office, without firing a single shot.
If Museveni had thought that by initiating this probe he was targeting only
enstranged generals, like Mugisha Muntu, Tinye, and the like, he's dead wrong.
Maybe it's his death wish, to atone for his henious crimes and hand over the
country to an entirely new set of leaders.
Watever his motivating calculations, he's biting more than he can chew.

WE SHOULD BE PROUD OF OUR RETIRED GENERALS. WE SHOULD NOT SCARE THEM. PRESIDENT
MUSEVENI IS ONE OF OUR RETIRED BUT NOT TIRED GENERALS AND HE IS DOING WELL.
