Can Ssejusa tell us what happened to the rest of the bodies of the people
whose skulls we found into Luwero cross streets? We saw the skulls but what
happened to the rest of the body parts Mr. Tinyefunza?
Now that Samson Mande has stubbornly refused to tell us.

Subject: Re: {UAH} Further evidence that Museveni knew about the atrocities
in N.Uganda.
Mr Gwaliwango;
I did not say Uganda did not know, i said everybody including you Galiwango
knew what was happening in the north and did not care. Unlike in Luwero,
there was a newspapers that used to print names of those killed. It was not
the case with the north. The newspapers blanked every news from the north.
I further said that, both M7 and Sejusa need to tell the world what happened
so that those guilty can be prosecuted. This should also include those who
committed atrocities elsewhere in Uganda.
I hope this will clarify my previous statement.

Truth be said, at the time of massacre and prosecution of northerners in
Uganda, they were their own saviour. Nobody cared whatever happened to the
northerners as long as it was kept there etc. This is the very reason why i
once wrote here that for Sejusa to be taken seriously, to be embraced by the
northern friends and others he is trying to embrace, he should first come
and out clean and tell us what happened and who is responsible. A mere
apology is not good enough. He needs to squeal. Its no surprise that M7 has
taken it upon himself to say he did not know what took place, repentantly.
He knows the impact, but we are saying that people need to be prosecuted for
this barbarity committed anywhere in Uganda.

Akim,
The Acholi's have a saying that ''kiti i butu kimaroni wa te
pii''........the truth alwayz comes out.What these documents show is that
Hon Betty Bigombe, the then Minister of State for the pacification on
Northern Uganda, now Woman MP for Amuru Distirct and Minister of State for
Water, denied the Bucoro Massacre.Yet Bucoro seams to be just one out of
many other incidents!
The documents also indicate the names of the victims and an hitherto little
known events before and after the cruel and vile actions of the NRA
soldiers. They also show you that President Museveni was petitioned together
with his ministers Prof Kayneihamba (Justice Minister), David Tinyefuza (Min
of State for Defence) and then ombudsman, Augustine Ruzindana.
In conclusion, they all did nothing save cover the incident like Betty
Bigombe.It would be interesting to ask Bigombe now what she thinks of the
massacre she denied then. These people are turn coats for working with the
monster.
To her credit, Betty Bigombe became a peace activist and was the first
person who dared to meet Joseph Kony face to face to ask him to talk peace.
She recruited arrow and bow bearing men to fight a machine gun wilding LRA.
When my father objected to this, she promptly arrested him.in this mindless
confrontation with the LRA, the bow and arrow boys were killed in droves.
Kanyeihamba, saw these things and had the courage to speak about them and
walk away from them, albeit very late.
That is why i sometimes scoff at sejusa, between him, m7 and some acholis
there is no difference, they are greedy humans and should be held
responsible for all the atrocities carried out in the north

Ogwapiti;
This call will continue on and on. This however should encompass all the
massacre everywhere, including the skulls of Luwero, the killing in Ombaci
and many others. All Ugandan needs accounting for. The perpetrators need to
be exposed. Their roles and lack of. This is where justice begins Should the
NRM govt resist the call, then they will continue with the culture of
lawlessness.

Following the extrajudicial killing of 70 people in Atanga and Acholibur in
April 10, 1991, an appeal was faxed to him on April 29, 1991 on fax number +
256 41 235462 and telex number 61048 KAPITAL/61006 VICTORIA.
The same was copied to Prof George Kanyeihamba, Minister of Justice and
Attorney General on Telexes: 61007 ADMINISTER; General David Tinyefunza,
Minister of State for Defence on Telexes: 61203; Mrs Betty Bigombe, Minister
of State for the North and East on Telexes: 61092.
The appeal expressed concern at reports that government soldiers have
deliberately executed prisoners in Kitgum District in April 1991 in the
context of military operations in rural areas. It further noted the
following;
1. urging the government to order immediate impartial investigations into
the reported extrajudicial execution of Santa Achero, Santo Alero, Modesto
Agaba, Ochieng and at least 35 other prisoners from Atang and Acholibur on
10 April 1991;
2. urging that these investigations be concluded promptly and that they make
recommendations about how extrajudicial executions can be prevented in the
future;
3. expressing concern that government inquiries into previous reports of
extrajudicial executions, such as the inquiry to investigate incidents in
Gulu District at the end of 1988, have yet to publish their conclusions;
4. urging the government to bring to justice those who the investigations
suggest have been responsible for human rights violations.
A copy of the fax note communicating the appeal is attached here for your
perusal. Unless Museveni claims that his fax machine was broken and so was
the ones for all his ministers, then he can't claim he did not know about
these atrocities. Many people have written to me, called me on my cell
providing evidence of the brutal killings of their loved ones by NRA
soldiers. This belated apology although welcome, must be followed with real
commitment to investigate everyone including Museveni himself for the
killing of our people.
