Can you name a single success that has ever come out of Africa due to
assistance? Can you take me into Africa and show me a project working for an
African country got assistance? And that is the birth of the very danger,
people to be assisted must have done at minimum a quarter of the job, then
out of good will you show up with the 15%, Africans eat what they have and
finish it, they kill themselves and then expect the assistance to make
Baganda accept that Northerners are non-Biological substances that must be
murdered and raped. No assistance does not do that it feeds to buy firkin
weapons for them to murder each other. And we can only stop all this menace,
by stopping all AID to Africa. Man I have a Queen Elizabeth Way I drive on
every morning and the other day a sign fell in my face. Let us replace it
than sending money to Uganda as assistance, when they are going to use it to
build mansions like the one Dr. Kiiza Besigye owns when he is unemployed.

Federalism has failed in Uganda because all structures are built from bottom
up, yet the Betty Kamyas are building out of Kampala to Kisoro. They sit in
Kampala and on forums like UAH to educate the idiot in Kisoro that his life
will be better if Uganda is a Federal state thus Federalism failure. East
African federation has no trip for it is built out of Nairobi Der Kigali and
Kampala. And if it ever succeeds my heart goes out to Ugandans that have
already sold their souls to Kenya to run their commercial banks and South
Africa to connect them to the international trade.

Either way you skim it. Uganda is simply a damaged good.

President Yoweri Museveni has revealed that one of the reasons he is pushing
for the East African federation is to enable the region develop a powerful
joint military force to combat external interference.

Museveni told the NRM retreat at Kyankwanzi on Saturday that the region
continues to face instability due to the absence of a united defence front.

“We are also continuing to <http://chimpreports.com/> workDescription:
http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png hard for the
realization of the East African Federation so as to be able to deal with the
strategic aspects. The economies may be integrated. How about the politics?
How about the defence?” Museveni asked.

“How about the strategic security and development - weapons development,
army development etc? We still depend on weapons from the outside and the
armies are not developed to World standards so as to guarantee the future of
the African people,” he added.

“The East African Federation will cure this. Even mutual assistance faces
obstacles as long as the issue of political integration is not addressed.”

Museveni’s statement comes at a time when the East African armies are
conducting joint training sessions.

In January, Defence officials from Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda met in Kigali
where they signed pacts.

The Mutual Defence and Security Pacts are expected to address the threats of
several marauding negative armed groups such as the Genocidal FDLR,
terrorist groups of ADF-NALU and Al-Shabaab and several transnational crimes
that require collective Security framework.

However, there are concerns that a powerful military force could be abused
by some leaders to clamp down on <http://chimpreports.com/> human
rightsDescription:

respective countries.

Museveni told NRM leaders that a strong force will deal with security
threats.

“The other day bloodletting went on in Kenya for weeks and we could not do
anything. Our present limited assistance to our brothers and sisters in
South Sudan is being referred to as “interference” from outside by some
groups. A Federated East Africa would not face these distractions,” said
Museveni.
