Leadership must always start by caring about the population, yes it is true
Museveni has screwed up the country but so has this Kabaka. And I am not here
to ask him for money to build hospitals in Buganda, but to go to Kayunga as he
did and he only stands in front of the infection center we have in Bugerere,
and he shows a simple dismay at its status. Make a speech condemning the
neglect this hospital has got from the government and end his piece by calling
on all Ugandans to raise money and we build a hospital in Kayunga. Trust me
before his convoy crosses Lake Ssezibwa we will have raised a million dollars
flat, for we have the money we only need leadership. But this man cannot do
that simply because he is a bad man, he cares more about Museveni and the
stability of Uganda government, Mutebi does not understand that good regions
start by caring to its people and he does not care about their health. Go to
Stockholm today and destroy Karolinska Solna University hospital, you will find
Gustav on E4 walking on bare foot to find out who what when and where is the
destroyer of that institution. We do not bow down for Gustav because he is a
King but we bow down for he takes his leadership responsibly.
In Buganda we were brought up as caring people, but we have sadly failed
because part of the problem is that what we have in Mengo is a dead
institution, with a King that is not ekikuta kyemwanyi but ekirerya. The man
is totally useless and simply put, a suck up to Museveni, one can’t wait for

Let me put it this way. This is a very sad story indeed. I no long blame to
much. King Gustav will shade a tear and heads will indeed roll. Does Buganda
have its own hospital - what is its name by the way. Uganda is generally lost -
what else can one say? In these forum I told someone that we needed some
colonial injection but that too appeared to be far fetched - Africa to work
needs a colonial virus probably.

Look at these two ambulances very closely and tell me a single day Ssabassajja
Mutebi has opened his dirty mouth to complain about the services handed down to
his people. This very bad man has been in Kayunga few days ago, and he did not
at any moment stand up to question why Kayunga hospital is in such a disarray.
He made all visits to boost his ego, he made all visits to threaten the Banyala
and failed to take a single moment to stand up and ask Museveni’s government of
where his people go when they fall sick, that failed to pass his very small
brain. Would Gustav become that useless? Do you vision Gustav ever visiting
Orebro Uppsala Gavlebog let alone soderman land county, find an ambulance as
such and he does not go after the entire Sverige Lan? Why don’t we have a
single reporter in Uganda posting a photograph of Ssabassajja Mutebi’s face in
Kayunga going red at the government and its treatment of his people in Bugerere?
Bwanika I have been with you in these forums way long and I do not build myself
to go after you, but you are becoming too Ugandanised, that you have started to
pick and choose the jerries’ and to choose how you go after issues. Yes
Ugandans see only one good thing in Canada Federalism and they lament about it
day in day out, do they see a good medical service in Toronto and can they copy
it? Heck no. Do they see a good ambulatory care and trauma centers we have in
this country, and use UAH to question why they do not have them in Uganda?
Heck no. The only good thing they see in Canada is Federal system and they need
to copy that. And only that. I made it an issue to post what happens in this
city because we have a huge member number of people living in this city and we
have so many children that roam these streets, George Okello hates that for it
passes information saving lives. If I posted how Federalism works in Toronto o
make us run our business independently from Ottawa, which we even do not do for
we pump more dollars into Ottawa than Ottawa pumps into Toronto, George Okello
would have sat with a glee on his face for that is in his favour in building
Dokolo up to be able to kill all Alurs. I am calling on all UAH members to
raise money for Bwanika to go to Sweden and study how the Swedish run their
parliaments with Kingdoms surviving for that is the most crucial thing we need
to copy out of Sweden.
My 2,000 dollars Canadian is on table as a firkin start.

We Africans waste a lot of time with selfishness, malice and self contempt: Let
African history, languages and cultural studies (music and drama) be banned
from being taught in Schools - what about that?
The Swede, Norwegians and Finish have the northern people the SAMI fully
constituted with their own parliaments.
The Unitarian parliament in Stockholm is alive, and the Kingdom under King
Gustav is flourishing with episodes of opposition from communists and
socialist. Traditionalist are very happy with it.
Native Swede holds their own in Finland. So is the Finish in Sweden. Swedish
parliament goes ahead to legislate. Samis likewise go ahead to deal with their
own issues all in the same country in their own parliament!
Unitary, Kingdom and native Tribes – of Northern Sweden Norway etc. all in one.
So what is wrong with Africans who can't accept varying views?
