Kids in Uganda get screwed at age 7 what are you talking about? Do you know
exactly how Ugandans survive? Stop to define Uganda as Kampala circles but
out there you either drop your pant or die sir. WBK I have talked to people
in The North that had to push their daughter to prostitution so that the
family gets food because the mother has become too frail to be screwed. Why
do you think I get very troubled when Akim Odong goes to eh NRA/NRM pit to
pick and choose craps like Betty Kamya? These are the sufferings The Betty’s
made in our country and they all must go and whole sale sir. Yes I have
picked an interest into an 11 year old not for it is a bit deal but for I
have had a good day I have seen way worse.

The last child I have been pushing forward got pregnant at age 8 what are
you talking about? Please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Kipenji:

It is tragic. In which district is Budondo sub county? Is it Jinja or what?
Who is the RDC, DEO, woman MP, MP etc?

11 years old having sexual intercourse is the sign of immorality. Either it
is a real tragedy.

I will ask Gook here, what do you do to a 7 years old having intercourse
with an 11 year old? Do you charge him with statutory rape or what? The
hint here is 17 year old. Does the law in Uganda consider him an adult or
teenager?

Allan:

This is an off shoot from the lack of health care delivery.Family planning
and sex education is no longer being taught in schools.

Secondly is a 17 year already being identified as a Man?

Anyway in Uganda anything and Everything is possible. I feel sorry for this
baby who

is now carrying another baby primarily because of Ignorance.

POLICE in Budondo Sub County are seeking the whereabouts of a 17 year old
student who reportedly impregnated an 11-year-old girl.

The girl is currently three months pregnant and has been a P.5 pupil at
Nawangoma Primary School in Budondo Sub County, Jinja district. She dropped
out of school.

The Kiira North-Buwenge division police commander Samuel Madira said the
pregnancy was first reported at Buyala Police Station after a health worker
at Budondo Health Centre III diagnosed her.

He said that the girl was allegedly impregnated by Alex Mulekwa, a senior
two student at East Secondary School.

Moses Mukungu, the Butagaya sub county chief said that the girl narrated to
him how Mulekwa first gave her 10 tablets to abort but in vain.

He added that the girl further said that Mulekwa gave her another 10 tablets
the second time but when that didn’t work either, he added her eight tablets
which left her weak and feverish and prompted her to go to Budondo Health
Centre III for treatment.

Police officers opened up a file case number SD: 10/06/03/2014 and told the
girl to go and tell her guardian that she was needed at Police.

Mukungu revealed how the girl, an orphan, was beaten up and chased out of
her home by her guardian.

Madira said Police started investigations into the matter adding that
efforts to capture the young man are underway.

He cautioned parents to always spare some time and advise their children
particularly girls about sexual reproductive issues.
