Russian Federation at a meeting on March 17th 2014.

The people of Crimea that John Kerry and Obama advised not to hold a
referendum have spoken back, we have started to get preliminary out comes of
the referendum. Un officially, and that being the very operative term here,
Un officially. The turnout to this referendum has been 81.36 %. Of all
those that have voted we are getting again an unofficial number of 95.5%
voting to join Russia. We are getting reports that in Moscow law makers are
gathered inside Duma, the lower house of parliament to celebrate The
referendum results. Sergey Narishkin, the speaker of the Duma said and I
quote I am delighted that Crimea wants to come back under Kremlin control,
Over the past few years, Russia has only lost people and now we are winning
compatriots.
We are still waiting for the official results of the referendum
