l abuse of women by Museveni, which is what I am been writing about all
along, you are justifying Museveni's evil deeds and prolonging his stay in
power. I have always written aboout the women Museveni has sexually abused
or taken advantage of. No other President has so badly abused the office of
President the way Museveni has done. he has had sexual relations with nearly
a third of all the women he has appointed to high office. I have written
about this, but I have not written about any other women. Point out to mean
which woman's sexual affairs I have written about on this forum? Have I not
only written about women involved with Museveni? Are you blind or a dimwit?.
And do you sincerely believe that I am the one who destroyed the lives of
Mrs Njuba, brought about the premature death of her husband Sam, murdered an
innocent woman in Dar es Saklaam and hid her body so that it can never be
found ? If this is what you mean by destroying other peoples lives, then I
will plead quilty to you rather silly and preposterous charges. You should
think before you write, otherwise I soon will be unbale to notice any
difference between you and other knuckleheads that litter this forum.

also known as Betty Atuku Bigombe (born 1954), is the current State Minister
for Water Resources in the Uganda Cabinet. She was appointed to that

Northern Region. She was tasked with convincing the Lord's Resistance Army
(LRA) guerilla rebels to lay down their arms, following the failure of
military efforts to defeat the rebels. Bigombe initiated contact with the
LRA leader Joseph Kony in June 1993. In 1993, she was named Uganda's Woman
of the Year for her efforts to end the violence. Despite meeting with Kony,
the talks collapsed in February 1994. Soon afterward, the insurgency
intensified and no significant efforts towards peace would be made for the
next decade.
Following a ten year stint in the Uganda Parliament from 1986 until 1996,
she failed to win the parliamentary seat for Gulu Municipality in 1996 and
left government service. In 2011, 15 years later, she bounced back by
winning the parliamentary seat of Amuru District Women's Constituency, on
the National Resistance Movement party ticket. She won and is now the
incumbent for that seat.
