No this is a drug infested area and one can take a dog to sell it easily.
But I cannot contemplate the anger this has raised, trust me you dont want
to be a black man in this city today owning a very young black Dog. If this
dog gets lost to Monday trust me there will be a sum of money deposited on
getting it and as high as 100 Gs. Do anything in this city but the moment
you go after Dogs, you are seriousily done.
You can actually go away with taking a kid than a dog.
