Ugandans
These are some of the inconsistences in this Washington that I keep on
raising when those of you are going after me as a man that does not
understand the American politics. I am not going to go into the existence of
Konny for you have to be a real fool to buy that story, but let us read this
writing closely, United States has sent its troops to hunt down Konny. The
air craft is to move the troops rapidly in The war zone. There are two
problems with that reasoning {a} you are stating that you have a war zone
with government troops and Konny established, which is tough to buy for as
far as we all know Konny has never controlled any part of land in Africa,
not even an inch, how can we have a war zone? {2} President Obama stood in
Egypt to make his infamous speech against dictatorship and tyrants of
Africa. Yoweri Museveni has clearly demonstrated how he is a dictator and
tyrant in Africa from camping Ugandans to attacking all neighbouring
countries to the Gays law to you name it. How does Obama separate Americans
working with African dictators and tyrants with working with Museveni to
fight Konny? And lastly, Untied States has sent its troops to Uganda to go
and fight Konny, what does it mean with they are not going to engage Lords
Resistance Army directly except in self-defense?
How does that make a firkin sense?

IN SUMMARY
US officials say their personnel are not to engage the LRA directly, except
in self-defence.
Kampala.
The 150 American soldiers recently deployed by President Barrack Obama to
hunt down the Lords Resistance Army rebels and their elusive leader Joseph
Kony in Central Africa have arrived in Uganda. According to government
sources, the American air crew and support staff for the airplanes that will
be transporting troops in the war theatre arrived in the country three days
ago.
The deployment of CV-22 Osprey aircraft will enable quick troops movement in
the war theatre. The Public Affairs officer at the American Embassy in
Kampala, Mr Daniel Travis, confirmed their arrival but couldnt give
specifics of location of the troops in the country.
Similar rules of engagement
We cannot comment on operations or specific locations of the visiting
aircraft and crew, other than to reiterate that we do not expect them to be
in Uganda for an extended period of time, Mr Travis said
Mr Travis also said they still have the same rules of engagement. US
personnel are not to engage the LRA directly, except in self-defence. The
same rules apply to the new arrivals.
President Obama ordered deployment of the force and an aircraft to boost
African Union forces hunting Kony in the thick jungles of the Central Africa
Republic.
The African Union regional task force comprising Ugandans, Congolese, S.
Sudanese, and CAR forces continues the search for LRA rebels who displaced
thousands in the region.
