That i agree with you 100%. Ugandans in the diaspora, if they so wanted
would have seen the backside of the NRM Govt ages ago but because they are
happy where they are they and not bothered. Alot of them, like you sir, have
turned their back to Uganda. I do recall what you wrote here about your
relatives who have their foreign passport at the ready should things turn
pear shaped.
Mulindwa you should know that many of Ugandans diaspora come from the south
of the country and they are content with NRM and all its antics. Failure to
survive in Kampala has sent many abroad. Some go for conferences abroad only
never to return.
On the whole Ugandans abroad are generally second tier, other than the money
they come and flash here, they are mentally retarded.
