Good politics has never been built by a government, governments all over the
world have hidden agendas, good governance is built for the population demands
so. Man we go through hullabaloos to keep these fools in line here, they love
to spend and they love to self-empower. Do you know how much a member of
parliament in Ottawa gets as a retirement package? It is filthy. And they
retire I think at 45 or 50 I need to check on that but at a very low age as
compared to the rest of us. Oh and if you get elected twice, you automatically
qualify even if you resin. As long as you have been elected twice you are
laughing. Just last week end I posted that we had a deer family stuck on
Gardner and the high way has been closed. Do you know that the total cost of
removing that family was 350,000 dollars? And yet if I stood on that high way I
would have been shot for now I am a terrorist. Is that a good politics?

Here is your problem, Ugandans love chaos and feed on brutality. When you look
at all atrocities committed in Uganda they are committed by Ugandans to
Ugandans. In the very many years I have spent talking about Luwero and
Katikamu, I have always been rebuffed with keep quite you re reminding the
people bad history and you are planting hate and genocide. Keep quite don’t
talk about it for it will go away. But I have mass graves in Luwero and I have
mass graves in Wobulenzi and Katikamu, what do I do about that? I have orphans
and I have lame people what do I do about that? Nope you are to keep quiet
because talking about the history of Luwero in planting hate.

But having stated all that, it never actually crossed my very small mind that
actually Muto-Ono P’Lajur was actually a member of UNLA and was posted in
Katikamu. In as much as I screwed my head over and over to wonder what people
were terrorizing us in Katikamu it never crossed my mind that Muto-Ono was
actually one of them. And that is where it gets very frustrating, for Museveni
is not talking as John Ogole has refused to talk to death, NRA members as
Samson Mande have refused to talk till when they will die but UNLA soldiers as
Muto-Ono P’Lajur are not talking either till when they will also die. Which
makes me take a second to post some direct questions to Muto-Ono P’Lajur about
Katikamu and Nakaseke to be particular.

Muto-Ono P’Lajur now that we know you were posted in Katikamu can you respond
to these questions sir.

1} What soldier was living in the Veterinary complex at Katikamu a complex
where many Ugandans were murdered, was it John Ogole?

2} Who killed the Police Officer in Katikamu trading center that had just
built a home on Gulu road exactly, was it NRA or UNLA?

3} Who killed the Katikamu judge? He was the judge of Katikamu and Kikyusa, an
Easterner man and I think Gook knows him too.

4} What soldiers raped the girls of Katikamu SDA dormitory?

5} What soldier was driving the land rover to Nakaseke road to dump bodies
every evening in the forest?

6} Who murdered Busulwa a very prominent man in Katikamu just near the
Gombolola headquarters?

7} What soldiers looted the Dr Ssemambo residence dry, they came with an army
truck and several jeeps but they ended up going into the UNLF detachment in
Katikamu?

8} To your estimate how many Ugandans were buried in the Katikamu mass grave
and why were those people murdered?

9} Who looted the Ndugga clinic? You were in Katikamu and you knew the clinic.

10} Of what value was it for UNLA from Katikamu to go and loot the following
schools, Katikamu both Seventh day and Church of Uganda also Kisule Catholics
complex.

I have limited my questions in series of 10 questions and I will post a second
ten after you respond to this set, but I need to pull you as well to Nakaseke,
because you were stationed into Katikamu you had to know what happened in
Nakaseke. Muto-Ono P’Lajur what exactly happened to the patients and their
caretakers, doctors and nurses of Nakaseke hospital after John Ogole instructed
his soldiers to surround the city and refuse anyone from ever leaving the town?
Were you a part of those that surrounded Nakaseke hospital?

That will do for now.

Ingram Kampe;

You see in our party we don't do what is done in NRM to gag members. The idea
that there should be a mechanism through the party machinations to utter a word
is complete nonsense. The UFA is a modern party that members are not under
watch and key. Members are free to appreciate good deeds by other parties.
Whike keeping our foot grounded in UFA. This i am able able and free to
celebrate with DP. Their win in Luwero is my win.

Come on Ingram, are you blinded from the federal cloud in the horizon? Be
serious man! DP is set to flourish under Mao, only if he takes the federal
route. I know deep down Mao has realised that the Uganda Mu7 is going to leave
behind will be more fractured than enguli glass hit by a hammer. So it's only
wise that DP, together with other parties advocating for a federal system of
governance, start working together towards shaping the inevitable. Do not lose
sight that the natural home of the Baganda people is DP, voting NRM in Buganda
for the last quarter century was sugar coating, but now Buganda is coming home,
home to DP where their heart belongs. Its upto DP and MAO to ready themselves
to welcome the lost sheep returning from barren wilderness with one demand.
Federal!

masquerading as a founding member of a new political party? Your party and
others should form a coalition and declare it formally as one opposition group.
Running around supporting candidates of other parties puts your new party in
disrepute. Where is Betty Kamya when you are making all these "policy and

 Mulindwa;
 The
parliament's newby is a federal at heart. Brenda is
going to see that DP toe the federal aspiration. The DP
president is already in preparation for a federal Uganda and
i believe its a question of time before DP declares it's
 adoption a federal policies.

 With all
these congratulations, Brenda’s getting elected has sent a
shocking wave among Ugandans in diaspora, we were actually
very wrong to demand to the international community to push
Uganda government to open up political parties. UPC as a
political party needs to stand up and publicly go on record
with an apology for going to the Uganda high court and
demand that political parties gets opened up and allow
Ugandans to get involved into politics with a free will. You
see Museveni was very right all along, Ugandans hate
political parties, and if you look closely ever since they
were opened they have done absolutely nothing to evolve
them. UPC to today does not have a single village or grass
root establishment which is the main frame work of UPC from
its own very childhood. When you look at the congratulations
flying into Brenda’s winning, yes we should have left
Ugandans with no political parties, for today they are
flocking out of the wood works of their parties to
congratulate Brenda’s winning. Very soon we are going to
see Brenda on a platform with Akim Odong preaching the UPC
manifesto. And that will depend on whether they start with
 selling the UPC manifesto or
 Federalism.

 UNITY ON NABUKENYA VICTORY
  Justice Forum party has
called for unity amongst opposition political
parties to win the 2016 general elections.

 Party spokesperson Swaib
Kaggwa Nsereko commended the unity exhibited

by opposition during the Luweero by-election where they had
 the
 Democratic Party’s Brenda Nabukenya
win the election in which she beat
 NRM’s
 Rebecca Nalwanga.

Nsereko says they still want reforms in the
 electoral system because

the electoral commission still has challenges despite their
 victory in
 Luweero.

He revealed that challenges like missing names
 on the voters register,
 violence during
 election should be adequately addressed.
