* We very grateful indeed.* *We wish to register this thanks through Gen Katumba and Gen Kayihura, to all under their commands.* *We also note that our Independence Celebrations last year, at Rukungiri, were targeted for disruption. i.e. To provoke the Police to beat people so as to generate a bad Press against our country.* *Police at the site saw and refused to fall into this provocative trap.* *To every provocation they denied and thwarted these insidious plans. * *That the Police had refused to beat them was the Newspaper Headlines the following day, no inventing stories here.* *We now hear, after all that, some voices maligning our Police and the Chief as "Human Rights" violators, tear-gassing all left and right !! Imagine if ours is not a wise Police Force and falls into all manner of insidious traps !!* *Thats why we have to be vigilant and to call upon all Peace loving Ugandans to stand behind our Police whenever anybody targets them to be the weak point in our National Security. * *To fellow Ugandans in UPDF who fall while in Defense of our country we owe them immeasurably.* * General Salim Saleh says he is going to help farmers; I would rather he help us establish Academies in Barracks, to provide schooling to the orphans of these fellow Ugandans. * *In the name of Lagrange, the greatest Military Instructor or Trainer of all time, we must start Education centers of excellence in our Barracks. A.Level Academies.* *In Europe it is such military schools that produced all their greatest, i.e. Laplace (Of Celestial Mechanics), Monge, Lagrange himself, Fourier, Carnot, even Evariste Galois, the-kid-Mathematician, served in the army................ * *The President goes on to say he is sending people for Nuclear Physics/Nuclear Engineering. That is very good!! * *But before you send them you have to prepare them, to blast them with preparatory Linear Algebra, Introductory Algebraic Structures like Group Theory, Ring Theory, Fields...... That is what we have advocated all along.* *A Revolution is on, folks. Dear Parents you may not have noticed, since you are so busy, but...... The "Algebra Revolution" has started. A new Algebra. * *It is no longer our friend BODMAS ( Bracket, Of, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction) of the last two hundred years.* *I will talk about Algebra in a later posting..............* *But I liked the President's Speech.
