Acholis have gone after every one from Northern Uganda, they destroyed West
Nile they held the Ombaci massacre, they went after Madi Alurs Lugbaras and
what have you to systematically erase them off Uganda land scape. The very same
Acholis are today preaching for Federalism in Acholi Federal Conference. When
you are informed about the atrocities the Acholis committed into West Nile
after the Amin removal, as some of us are, you cannot fail to shake your head
on who they want to federate with. Are you going to federate with empty Ombachi
or you are going to federate with Madis Banubbi and Alurs that survived you
heinous crimes by running into South Sudan and Eastern DRC? Who exactly are you
looking to Federate with? The empty Moyo Arua or Nebbi where you left Alurs
being feasted upon by God damn Dogs?
At what point does discussing Uganda politics crosses the line of becoming
insulting? Just asking.

We are at the initial stage of organising the first Acholi Federal conference.
This is not only to re-introduce federalism in Acholi but to re-affirm Acholi's
commitment to federalism.
The speech was a detailed speech which no Ugandan has been able to make
sincerely. Even the only one allowed to do so, does not give a factual account
of how things are and how they will be! The speech, does not reflect the state
on the ground. The conference i hope, will correct this and give attendees the
real state of affairs and why we think, like in Canada, federalism will empower
all Ugandans to be able to see the state of the nation, not through the
concocted speech of an all lying president but through their, experiences,
involvement and input. And together, they can work out which way they should go
to improve service delivery, to prioritise services etc.
Mulindwa, currently, three quarters of Ugandans are dormant and unproductive.
This most single important resource, the people, have altogether, been left out
of the production system to rot, through many process, including neglect,
miss-inform and Kanyihura's Public Order clamp down. Leaving them unable to do
anything but drink pombe. The conference hopes to highlight these failings by
the government, which is never, ofcourse, in the state of the nation address
delivered, year in year out. It will also lay foundation for our manifesto,
which will give into details what a federal system managed by UFA, in future
Uganda, will deliver.
Mulindwa, try and be relevant for once! Much as you don't hail from Acholi,
this conference is for you, and your input will be welcome. To those who want
to see Uganda better than the current state, will support the conference and
those who want the status quo to continue will sabotage it. Be part of change
and give it your all!
