In as much as I decided to leave aloof of this thread, I think it is very
important that somehow we pick up a thread of going back into our
institutions from Kenya. When Iddi Amin was thrown out of power he had an
established Uganda Army, and you can wallop all abusiveness you have but
that was the last Uganda Army we are going to see in Uganda for the next at
minimum 50 years. The moment those that came out of Tanzania came with
abusive lies and distorting facts, to the point that Gwokto is in UAH lying
that Ugandans were using vets medication for treatment under Amin, they
destroyed Ugandan Army for to them it so belonged to Iddi Amin than them and
here so we are today. In 2014 Acholis and Easterners that mostly went after
Idid Amin are the most refugees we have from our country, they have died the
most in exile and many bodies have failed to be taken back to Uganda thus
graves in diaspora. How lucky are Kenyans that change governments and live
the system intact that Kenyatta can go back and appoint Kameru as a spy
chief. When the ocen Nekyon came back to Uganda you died for you were a
member of Ugandan Army. No wonder they will die in diaspora for they had no
nationalism to start with.
Iddi Amin, A M Obote and Y K M Museveni are not the problem of Uganda but
the sheer stupidity of the populace.

I want think that the head of military intelligence is qualified enough to
be the civilian spy chief as well. That transition should not be a hurdle.

I think the nomination of Major-General Philip Wachira Kameru -given his
names, he must be from those sides of Nyeri-was informed by the following
factors: a) the IGP is from the Rift valley, b) the next chief of Defense
forces will most likely be from the navy, which points to the current Vice
CDF who is from the Coast.
Major-General Philip Wachira Kameru is the current chief of military
intelligence so pay attention on who replaces him there.
