Ugandans

Seriously what has Norbert Mao done for you as Ugandans to earn this
"greatness"? And I am asking that question when I have just watched a press
conference where Karen Stintz has dropped out of the mayoral race of this
great city. Karen has been an elected city councilor for some 11 years, she
has been the head of Toronto transit commission and she knows this city
than me and you combined. But she has reached a point to realize that
however good are her policies she is not going to be elected come October.
Karen Stintz has decided to move on to do some other things, but I am here
to swear to you that she is an asset that one would wonder if the province
let alone Feds fail to pick her up for a huge appointment for she has the
brains and she yes can deliver. I can list you a whack of things she has
changed in this city yet she has decided to drop out of this race, and this
was her official statement. Video:

Karen Stintz announces her decision to drop out of the Toronto mayoral race
. Ugandans what has Norbert Mao done for you to reach a level of being
licked this way ?

And it is a very open ended question.

Great joy in all Ugandan hearts to learn that our Hon Mr Norbert Mao has
recovered and is soon resuming his very useful responsibilities to the
nation.

I too, I very warmly salute Gen Katumba for what he did. It was indeed very
heroic!

To save a life, there is no need to look into party politics, but to act
quicly, regardless!

Whenever I come to Uganda many people rush to me for help to cure a very
sick parent, etc and I react without any second thoughts. And I equally do so
when contacted from where I am, abroad.

Likewise, there is no need to debate any action in favour of Mao's
hospitalization. If he was helped in settling his bills, well and good!
After all he is a notable personality both inside and outside the country
and any news about the worsening of his plight or even his eventual death (
thank God it didn't happen ) would have caused a lot of tremors everywhere!
If NRM helped him financially, it was with money from our national coffers
to which every citizen is entitled. Could anyone blame Mao for this when the
poor man was unconscious when he was flown out of the country? Can anyone
blame anybody for getting cured and for having saved his life? Is it
sensible to blame anyone whose action leads to the full recovery of another
person? To save Mao's life is to save Uganda from many things.

The 300/=m paid to the hospital will one day be reimbursed by Providence in
many ways, thanks to Mao's dynamic action, etc...

It's NRM which is in fact indebted to Mao! Can anyone forget the role Mao
has played in everything in Northern Uganda and elsewhere in the country and
abroad within various Ugandan communities and on the international scene?

The very meritorious Mao's full recovery is the glad tidings now being heard
by all Ugandans. And we are very happy to see the very popular leader of the
very powerful Democratic Party finally getting well and coming out to share
life with us!

Mao is a politician and will not let down the populace and the party in any
next political activity including opposing M7. It's indeed a mission to be
accomplished, payment of hospital bills by a national treasury
notwithstanding! Politics is politics!

Long live Mao! Long live D.P.! Long live Uganda !

G.H.K.
