Friends
What Billie Kadameri has written is very important for it raises the issue I
needed to clarify. The violence of Acholi’s. I was in Uganda all through Amin’s
government and we had a problem getting several commodities that we had to line
to them. Billie Kadameri is very right to list that as a black spot on Amin’s
government, what he is not right to do is to fail to explain why such
commodities got scarce in Uganda. You see that is how very selective is Edward
Pojim, Ocen Nekyon, Billie Kadameri, WBK and Gwokto in discussing Amin’s
government. So let us go back into discussing the facts than the innuendos of
those very terrified poor non litho Acholi kids that WBK protected so that they
murder us in Luwero. When commodities get lost in a country there has to be a
cause, why did we fall short of salt sugar soap hoes and so on? Was the
government thus the country poor to import such facilities? The answer is no we
never had a problem with money to import anything. Did the factories break
down? No there was no single stalled industry under Amin for we could fix them
and we had the ability to do so. Was it due to power shortage? The answer is no
we never had load shedding in Uganda at all under Amin. So why did we have the
shortage Billie Kadameri? For I need to hold this discussion in an intelligent
way than simply throwing it in a forum that there were lines and you don’t tell
why they were there.
When you go back in our history you will see things that happened which we
would control and things we would never control, the Amin government takeover
we would never control, the departure of UPC one government we would never
control. But we would control the after effects of such change. And yet the
Acholi’s from get go rejected anything defined as change. For some very unknown
reason, Acholi’s actually believe that no one can lead Uganda except them.
Acholi’s are the only tribe in Uganda where a member of each family must belong
to a Police Force, a prison force, an army force, or a government position.
Government leadership is the single largest employer of all Acholi’s in Uganda.
Thus when you change a government they bolt and stand up and very fast to
sacrifice everything they so hold for now you are threatening that God given
right to be the eternal leaders of Uganda. In a Canadian system we call that
holding a God damn firkin God complex.
In as much as Iddi Amin took power, in as much as all Ugandans agreed to that
change, Acholi’s never agreed that the government had been thrown out. They
opposed Amin’s government way before it was even sworn to power to today. When
you look closely today in 2014 the people that vent anger at Amin and who talk
all garbage after him, are actually Acholi’s only. The rest of Ugandans
understood the government was removed and it will never ever come back, they
moved on and continued to build their country weak as they were. On the other
side, the Acholi’s went on the rampage system of destroying everything we had
as a state, but they also went after killing as many Ugandans as they so could.
Friends, Acholi’s are killers and if you fail to register anything from this
piece, understanding that Acholi’s are by creation killers will have served the
purpose of this writing. In as much as everyone complains that Amin killed
Acholi’s, in as much as WBK states that he was hiding those very poor souls, no
one explains why Amin hated them. And no one explains why that hate only
survived in cities and towns, when you go to Northern Uganda, the Acholi’s that
were home never had a problem with the government and WBK never hidden them.
Acholi’s started by refusing to surrender in the barracks of Mubende. They were
handed all chances they were handed all instructions, they were handed all
advises and at the end of the day, when all barrackses had surrendered and
joined the government, the barracks of Mubende after almost a month was
annihilated. WBK what did you want Iddi Amin to do as a good soldier that has
thrown out a government? Walk to Mubende barracks and hand them a slap on the
hand and everything is alright? Since Amin came to power we continued to get a
problem from day to night of Acholi’s attacking people and murdering them,
raping them, Kondoism that was so organized happened, killing people with
pangers became eminent and targeting rich business people also became
paramount. Acholi’s have been violent people all along and what Amin tried to
do was to follow that violence and try to stop it. Acholi’s sabotaged the
country by murdering people but they also worked with Kenya to refuse our
commodities from entering Uganda. That is why we had that shortage Kadameri
sir. We ordered the comedies we paid for them we met all international
standards, but Acholi’s sacrificed their own people from getting soap because
they needed Amin out of power to make them lead Uganda again.
What is so strange about Acholi’s is that in as much as they so sabotaged
Amin’s government in support of the UPC government that was thrown out, they
again turned around murdered Ugandans in tens of thousands and went after that
very same government and threw it out. On record The Obote two government was
thrown out of power by Acholi’s and Acholi’s that were UPC members, I now
present to you OLara Otunnu a first prosecution witness. It is with this back
ground why Museveni decided to camp them. Acholi’s do not have a political
agenda, they have no political belief, they have no leadership among
themselves, they have no potential leader, what they have is loud mouth punks
as Gwokto that talk and disappear, that are so unquestionably respected by half
informed members as Edward Pojim and WBK.
Just to give you a back ground, I now raise the name of Okello the band master.
A true Ugandan that made these matches that excited all of us, not that
educated but he was a Police Band master, and Amin personally got interested
into him and listed him among those that are his favorites. If there is
anything to be questioned about Okello It goes through me, those were Amin’s
words. Okello got a good job and got paid very well by all firkin standards. He
was promoted faster than those that had a better training and experience yet he
was an Acholi. So people when you stand in public to state how Amin hated
Acholi’s be very careful for some of us know very good friends he had among
them, and Okello was one of them. Iddi Amin encouraged and many times pushed
his officers to build private homes for themselves, Police Officers Army
Officers, Prison Officers and many civil servants had private homes, and for a
very good reason, working in government must never mean that if a government
falls you get out of the country. So get money and build a home for yourself.
We had Northerners that had huts literary they were sent to Libyan Arab bank
get funds but build a home for that tis where you will go when you no longer
work for the government. Those homes were private and to know them you needed
to be an insider. Okello the band master was an insider thus he knew many if
not all of them. These homes had private functions, for example Duwas and
Mauledis, Okusibulukuka, Id El Fitiri, you will not know where the president
will be sitting but probably in Mohamed Bilal’s home privately, so those were
very private places that you knew them for you had a right to. And among those
that knew them was Okello the band master. Why? Because he was an insider
Okello got invitations, the president is going to eat Okusibulukuka in
Farijarah’s home so everyone needs to be at that house before 5pm for the
president will slide in at 7 pm. The president and the Libyan ambassador will
be at Alli Towilli’s home for Iddi Elfitri so everyone show up early and among
those called is Okello the band master. And he showed up many timers with that
very fake and plastic Acholi smile.
Okello the band master became a jigger in the foot a the fall of Iddi Amin
because he knew all the private homes of most if not all officers in the core.
As UNLF/A walked into Kampala and many officers trying to report in to new
administration, they failed for Okello collected Acholi’s from Tanzania and
they made a first class kiboko squad, that was only killing every one as long
as you were an Amin’s soldier police officer prison officer. These people had
no plan to run out of Uganda, they did no firkin crime but serve their country.
And WBK with Pojim can scream the entire world over, fact remains that many
Amin soldiers many commissioned officers even those that were arrested in
Nairobi and returned, ended up released for they committed no crime. Okoth
Ogola is alive in Uganda today for Acholi’s failed to reach him in time to blow
him up. But if you want to take him to court and charge him of any crime, good
luck to that. And that is why some of us defend that government with a firkin
glee on our face. John Ogole has died as a very tiny but little pig as he was,
he cannot even be returned to Uganda when dead, do you know of any Amin’s
soldier a police officer a prison officer that has failed to be returned to
Uganda? And no offence to the Acholi’s fart.
A word started to get out there that Okello the band master is killing every
man woman and child that held an office in Amin’s government. A question became
very standard, does Okello the band master know your private home? If yes run
and very fast for he is coming with fellow Acholi goons and they are going to
kill you. The officers that remained in their homes singing I have no crime,
ended up murdered by Okello the band master, those that ran away for a while
are either dead of natural death or are alive sitting peacefully inside Uganda.
And why? They never committed a crime the only people again I repeat myself
that see them as criminals and see Amin’s government as a very brutal
government are only Acholi’s for he threw them out of power. May God help us to
hold a free and fair election when we have only two candidates, the dead Iddi
Amin and the alive Olara Otunnu you will be very surprised at who will win that
election. Friends, from Amin’s government to UNLA to Tito Okello government to
today Acholi’s have murdered very many people, from Luwero to West Nile
elimination to those that died in Kampala under Lule, and we need to start to
stand up and educate them that murder is never a solution to anything. There
was a reason why Museveni decided to camp only Acholi’s.
Ugandans fear to remove Museveni from power for after him they see an Acholi in
state house. Mumuleke muzeeyi waffe abeewo !!!!!!!

day it was 'distribution' of salt and each family was entitled to buy only 1

That was 1974. When Ali Fadhul stood up and said "sorry, this is the last glass
remaining", the crowd almost crashed him under their feet until his bodyguard
(give credit to them), shot in the air and the big man was let go!
And people in the villages concocted derivatives from the 'ilila' tree to make
what became famously known as 'Ilila Omo', and a song was actually composed
about it.
Let someone from Lango and Acholi tell you how they came up with Lira Lira

with your non-existent essentials).
Those were days to enjoy!

Why the grumpiness? As if you hate telling the truth about your happiness those
