When one sees Ugandans especially Baganda starting to address Museveni with
a title “The Dictator” One starts to realize how they can catch up in 28
years. And no you would not survive a second in any forum if you dared
address him as such in the early 80’s he was a God made in heaven to many of
them. And yes we were the fools. We have come a very long way baby, and time
has been a very faithful friend. Now come 2042 The very same Ugandans will
start to realize that even men like Mbabazi Olara Otunnu Tinyefunza
Muntonyera Dr Kiiza Besigye Norbert Mao and Ssabassajja Mutebi including
very many petty thieves we have in Uganda are also dictators in the making.
Why in 2042? Because it takes 28 years to wake up a God damn brain of a
Ugandan.

Embrace for the ride of the next 28 years is going to be bumpy.

The dictator is trying hard to be relevant, not realising he is putting his
foot in his mouth again!

It beggars belief to suppose that this is president of a country. It is
shockingly unbelievable that a person with an ounce of brain opens their
month and come up with such a ridiculous statement.

Gook;

Museveni is a confused character. He's trying distance himself from the
African village while he remains in belief and conduct a most typical
villager!

Folks;

Whether he spoke socially, politically or economically, Museveni is off the
mark here.

Urbanization is not in itself a sign of social or economic progress. How
would a slum like Kamwokya constitute an economic progression?

And how does smog-filled streets of Kampala provide better social living
than open-air villages?

The world over, the most dear property that one desires, or has, is land.
And Africa is home to the highest number of land owners anywhere in the
world. In his twisted economic wisdom, Museveni would rather the villager
sells his land and move to rental units in urban areas!

No, sir, Mr. President, what the villager wants from you are these;

1. Access to loan to improve his production

2. Piped water for safe drinking and irrigation

3. Well-staffed, equipped health facilities to treat him when he falls ill

4. Well equipped and staffed schools that actually teach our children

5. Paved, well-maintained road to facilitate mobility of persons and cargo.

If you had provided these services at any point in your 30 years in office,
you would not be abusing the Ugandan villager today. It's you who have
remained backwards, both in your thinking and in your management of our
nation.

President Museveni also says living in villages is a sign of backwardness.
