Here is a posting about Thomas Duncan one hour ago on my google+ profile.
They isolated him till he died without medications! Last week in Muhima
hospital Kigali, a woman with Ebola from my home town Gatsata passed away
the same way!

Oct 5 (Reuters) - The first patient diagnosed with Ebola in the United
States has apparently not received any of the experimental treatments for
the disease, a top U.S. health official said on Sunday.
Thomas Frieden, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, told reporters in a briefing that "as far as we understand"
experimental medicine is not being used on the patient, who is being cared

There is a wire service in Israel reporting that Thomas A. Duncan, who
became ill with Ebola after arriving from West Africa in Dallas two weeks
ago has died. Again we are getting reports that Thomas A Duncan has passed
away.
There is no confirmation yet from this side of the pond though
