Go to the government and officially ask them to hand us the district as
Ugandans in diaspora and we run it. No government intervention, just us as
diasporas, no government involvement and we see how it runs. After they hand
you Nakaseke, go for Mukono as well I love that one too. Just ask them to
down-load it to us as diaspora’s. The entire district no government vehicle no
government agency.
If they give you a written agreement I can get a ticket to Entebbe in next 2
hours which puts me on any first flight from Europe to Entebbe on Friday
tomorrow.
