Friends
I am going to use this Friday to pound two points home and I am using a term
to pound for that is exactly what I have done consistently. Mbabazi is going
to go nowhere and for very many reasons but today I am going to go after
only two. {a} Ugandans do not have the ability to separate the party from
its leaders and {b} Ugandans do not have the ability to critique any
potential leader. If you can educate those two points to the Uganda
population you will have gone a very long way and your will see Mbabazi
progressing.
I am a Liberal member in both provincial and Federal politics, but within
that party we have several sectors, today I will raise the sector that hunts
for prospective leaders, that is all they do it is to look out there and
recruit brains that can lead the party. They go to schools of higher
learning, they go through politicians, they go through business people, they
go through out high end employers and employees to find out who can be a
good party leader but who can be a good MP candidate. They locate them into
places where they can serve the best, then we as members are required to
sell them out there so that they come in and get accepted. When you do not
plan the future leadership of the party that party is dead. When a leader of
the party or an MP misbehaves or does something that is not acceptable, my
very first objective as a member, is to isolate the party and protect it
from such. My responsibility as a member of the party is to protect the
party, protecting the leader or the MP is a very secondary. And for a very
good reason, I have seen so many party leaders and I have seen so many MPs
they all come and all go, the party has never moved. How many party leaders
do you know of UPC of DP or The Movement that have left and are leaving a
private life today in Uganda? It is funny that even though Besigye left The
Movement he started his own party FDC where he failed to be elected and
today he is kuleebeta both The Movement and FDC. J Chretien was a leader of
The Liberal Party and a prime minister too, he left I do not even have a
clue where he is today, and it simply does not matter to me but I know that
we have a party in Ottawa and it is preparing to send in a new candidate as
a leader of this country that is how important is the party.
When potential leader shows up, Ugandans do not stop to question themselves
what he has achieved so far. Mbabazi has been a prime Minister of the
country, seriously he was just under Museveni, has he achieved anything to
tick you? What makes you think that he is going to be a good leader? And
before you go after me that he has failed due to Museveni, then he should
have resigned and isolated Museveni. He refused for he saw nothing wrong
done by Museveni and if you send him in there he is going to screw it worse
than Museveni you might as well remain with a snake you know so well. When a
population fails to critique a potential leader, it ends up with men like
Ssemogerere Kawanga that managed to work with every popping up government.
You end up with men like Otunnu that worked with every government in Uganda
to even ask for a job from Museveni. And to understand this disease one uses
Otunnu for he is a good example I have lived through. I knew that he was
being proposed to lead the party way before he was told, and I held so many
private Email with those that planted him, and there are those in the forum
that knew of these Emails. I told them that Ottunu was going to be a
disaster and a very terrible man to lead the party. In fact I used a term
that Olara Otunnu is the doctor that walked into a patient room and pulled
the drip tube out of the patient {UPC party} so that the patient dies
faster, what you are doing now is to make him the overall doctor in charge
doctor of this patient, he is going to strangle her literary. They refused
to listen and still anointed him.
To my great surprise when he was anointed, Abbey Ssemuwemba wrote a piece in
UAH declaring him to be the best thing that has ever happened to UPC. The
gang bangers lined up themselves and >EM< became the very bad man from
reasonable attacks to wired ones as you hate him for he is an Acholi.
10/24/2014 is a good time to question the attackers including Abbey
Ssemuwemba for a report card on Olara Otunnu. How successful is UPC today?
Any accomplishments out there? You failed to isolate Olara Otunnu and
protect the party in the process, and today Olara Otunnu is going down the
drain with the party in his back pack, if you remove him out of Uganda house
he is going to create The Mucwiini Congress party and put its headquarters
on The Arcade and continues to fart in our country. What we need in Uganda
is something to wake up the population and a civil war and a massive one can
be very handy.
Thank Goodness it is Firkin Friday !!!!
Yeeeeeyiiiiiiiiiii
