If you use 401 in this rush hour be informed that the eastbound 401
Collector to Express transfers, just east of the 400, a tractor trailer has
rolled over and is on fire. All transfer lanes have been blocked, and we
still do not know the contents of his/her load to get an idea of when and
how this can be solved. If you have to use 401 this morning heading out
East plan accordingly. Oh and it is an election day we are getting a Mayor
today go out and vote if you did not vote early like my dear self. Doug
