This is the danger you have among Ugandans to believe that leading Uganda is a
profession. This individual decided to murder Ugandans as a path to government
change. I applaud him for changing his mind and I applaud him for standing up
and speaking publicly about what he knows for it is very educative. But I have
a special request to Sam Mugumya, Edward Pojim, Ocen Nekyon, Muto Ono, pOcure,
Dr Charles Eliba, Dr Kiiza Besigye, Paul Ssemogerere, Olara Otunnu, Norbert
Mao, Muntonyera and the list of crap so continues.
You have done very well, but your job is not to discuss Uganda politics but to
go into schools, Universities and all educational institutions preaching how
you planned to change Uganda, how you implemented those plans, how through
those plans we lost so many people and how you believe that had you got a
chance you would have done very better. Educate our children in Uganda schools
not to follow your paths for they’re too humanely expensive and have created
enough mass graves. If you agree to that plan I will personally buy a brand new
van from here you will use, and ship it to Kampala tax free to you, and I will
add a cash amount of 5,000 dollars {Canadian} to gas it. Forget Gwokto’s
wolokoso of I am unemployed, I am actually among those doing very well thank
you.
Our children in Uganda need to learn from you than dying in exile planning to
blow up more people.

I never knew we have silly and stupid men like this man sending this message
below...
If you are spying and you need to tell lies here stop it and remember that
Ugandans are not stupid, it's people like you who have framed our people for
your own benefits from the regime.
If you are a spy eat your salary quietly and do not be "economical with the
truth" and if not keep your mouth closed. Otherwise, am sure the majority of
our people on UAH are not going to buy your silly and stupid claims below.

Sam Mugumya is a real PRA rebel
---------------------------------------------
My name is Dan Morris Tumusiime. I am a transformed former PRA rebel
coordinator who received the Uganda government Amnesty. In my subversive works
against the Uganda government, I worked with Cols. Samson Mande, Kyakabale,
Muzoora (RIP), Besigye, and Winnie Byanyima, Elias Lukwago, James Opoka (RIP),
Dan Mugarura, and many others. I was arrested on the 7th January, 2003 by
ISO/JATT under the command of the then RISO Kampala extra Maj. Charles Aine. I
cooperated with the government during my interrogations; got released from the
“safe houses” after 17 days through the High Court after a habeas corpus was
submitted by Elias Lukwago and Winnie Byanyima.
I have read with a lot of disgust how FDC, Dr. Besigye and others have on
several times again denied and tried to sway the public away from believing
that they’re involved in subversive rebel activities. I wish to put this on
record that FDC and some of its leaders have indeed been involved in rebel
activities designed to overthrow the government of President Yoweri Museveni,
and they have in this been linking up with the LRA and ADF since 2001.
To me and many of my colleagues who have since abandoned rebellion, it’s not
news and I was not surprised to learn of the involvement of Sam Mugumya in
rebel recruitment in the DR Congo and his subsequent arrest. I know Sam Mugumya
well and I networked with him a few times as I recruited rebels from Uganda
into the jungles of DR Congo and Sudan.
Majority of the leaders in the opposition especially the FDC believe with all
their hearts and souls that President Museveni cannot be removed from power by
mere pieces of paper (ballots) but rather by conventional mass armed rebellion.
And, they have on several occasions announced this belief to their constituents
and even through the media. This was the belief even at the time of founding
Reform Agenda cum FDC, and when we started PRA.
The super challenge we faced and what the opposition continues to face in its
dream of organizing mass rebellion is the cohesion and solidity of Museveni’s
intelligence systems. This was of course boosted by the re-union of Rwanda’s
Paul Kagame and Museveni in 2003. This meant that all the foundations that we
had toiled to establish after the 2001 elections with Samson Mande in
Rwanda/Congo and James Opoka in the northern bloc with the LRA had totally
collapsed.
During our time, we were very careful not to deeply involve FDC supporters who
were so overt the likes of Mugumya because they would attract unnecessary
attention from the government intelligence. We only let them to be involved in
simple duties like selling fundraising cards and political coordination in the
media, and that's why they have always been spared. So when Joseph Kony killed
James Opoka and after my arrest that led to the arrest of hundreds of our
members in the Congo, West Nile and northern Uganda, and later the repatriation
of PRA leaders to Sweden, the opposition was left naked but with the same
ideological belief of rebellion.
They have tried many occasions to re-activate the PRA which they were trying to
do through Mugumya and others at large but have been hit in the face by the
intelligence of Museveni on the following fronts: one, government has deeply
infiltrated FDC leaders and youth that it’s practically impossible to share
such subversive information without leakage; two, Museveni has successfully
made friends with Rwanda, DR Congo and S. Sudan and other neighbors which makes
it difficult for opposition to find a launching platform; three, Museveni still
has a very strong and robust relationship with the Western Powers who would be
providers of technical and financial support but again on one condition, that,
the opposition proves discontentment through mass demonstrations in which case
has failed miserably; four, the Museveni civil and political intelligence
network which is well funded and which goes down to parish level makes it
impossible to organize sensibly within the country.
With the financial help from the West, the Libyan civil war of 2011 was able to
be organized internally because it had a launching fertile region Benghazi
which was hostile to Gaddafi rule. Today in Uganda, the northern Uganda region
which would have been the Benghazi of the opposition has since reconciled with
the Museveni government and shunned the LRA of Joseph Kony which had strong
links with PRA, but above all the opposition is too poor to even mobilize a
single district into mass demonstration.
Addressing journalists at a press conference in Kampala recently, Dr Besigye
said: “I have information that they are interrogating him (Mugumya) with a view
of linking me to rebel activities. This case of Mugumya has a history of a
rogue regime that is intent on criminalising a legitimate political
opposition.” This is exactly what Winnie Byanyima and other FDC leaders said
when I got arrested. FDC and the opposition leaders should stop misleading the
world when it comes to armed rebellion against Museveni’s government. PRA and
the FDC subversive works are real and continue to happen in Uganda.
Fellow Ugandans, be aware and on high alert, don’t be convinced or misled into
joining stupid rebellions that are led by disgruntled politicians who are even
not well organized but above all against a legitimate elected government. Some
of us were lucky to be pardoned and this does not happen all the time. Sam
Mugumya should be courageous and ask for forgiveness and stand a chance for
amnesty if it still exists anyway.
