It is not my wish to communicate with you. I am merely informing you of
impending legal action against you, to give you a chance to prepare your legal
defence. You are free to block me if you wish, but I am sure you are aware you
can not block the Royal Mounted Canadian Police, nor can you evade UK justice
once it is set in motion. I need not remind you an Extradition Treaty exists
between the UK and Canada. I am sure it is beginning to dawn on you that you
opened your wide mouth once too often this time, and a killer bee has flown
right inside it. By holding a tiger by the tail, you have been dicing with
fate, thinking that your braggadoccio, brinkmanship and deluded and euphoric
feelings of impunity would hold forever, what with the aid and comfort you were
freely recieving from Abbey Semuwamba. As a fugitive from justice, blocking me
should therefore be the least of your worries. For once in your life, get your
priorities right. Dont imagine your victims will exercise any mercy for you.
You are beyond the pale, beyond redemption and beyond pity. You deserve the
fate whose jaws are slowly beginning to open and to swallow you. It profits a
man nothing to gain the whole world but to loose his soul. But to loose it for
Idi Amin Dada!!!.

Do you remember when George Okello left UAH and he posted a huge piece that I
should never write to him and I should never post in his Email? On record I had
not posted to him in private but I posted a piece that directly addressed him
and I posted it to UAH but took a second to post a direct copy to him for that
is what good people do. It is not my habit to post private Emails to people for
this discussion is a public discussion and we thus must post it publicly. Well
after that entire circus George Okello moved from UK and now he is living in my
privates, the man is sending Email at an interval of an hour every day and all
private and privately into my Email. What kind of a man that fails to live by
the standards he himself sets up? The posting below arrived in my box 5 minutes
ago, and that is not the only one I am expecting today.
George Okello kindly use the forum and get out of my Email address or I will
block you, a step I really hate doing.

Thanks for this information.
The following legal developments are in motion now as we speak:
1. I have contacted a law office in Kampala to have the invesigation into
Edward Mulindwa reopened. As I mentioned before, Mulindwa is a former serving
officer of the SRB but has never been charged with any offence in relation to
the numerous crimes he committed while serving as an elite emember of this
terror organisation. New evidence has now come to light which merit a fresh
investigation and a potential indictment of Edward Mulindwa on multiple murder,
terror and robbery charges.
2. I have made a formal statement to the London Police detailing Edward
Mulindwa's public confession here on UAH about the circumstances of the murder
of the late Archbishop Janaan Luwum and the two Ministers Erinayo Oryema and
Okoth Ofumbi and his complicity and /or involvement in said murders. A file has
been opened under both UK Criminal Law and Human Rights law that now gives UK
courts extra-teritorial jurisdiction in specific human rights crimes, namely
Genocide, War Crimes, and Crimes Against Humanity. This position on
extra-territoriality was re-affirmed in the landmark case R v Pinochet in 2001
where the House of Lords, in a unanimous decision, ruled certain crimes, such
as crimes against humanity, are just so heinous and repugnant to the human
conscience that any competent court anywhere in the world has jurisdiction to
try them. The crimes Edward \Mulindwa has confessed to either personally
committing or being accessory to the commission of, fall into this category.
The police file has been passed on to the Office of the DPP to determine
whether he wishes to launch a criminal prosecution against Mulindwa as all
criminal prosecutions in the UK have to be done by the DPP, and it is only when
he unreasonably refuses to launch such prosecution that a private prosecution
can be started. In all likelihood, I think the DPP will simply transfer the
file to the Candian authorities and leave them to decide whether to take
action against Mulindwa. Were such a decision to be made, this will not deter
me from proceeding with a private prosecution. What I would be asking the court
to grant is a warant of arrest to be granted ready to be executed should
Mulindwa set foot in the UK. Under European law, this arrest warrant can also
be expanded to cover the whole of the EU. This will make it impossible for
Mulindwa to step anywhere in Europe.
3. As of thursday of last week, I am reliably informed that a formal complaint
has been made to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police alleging numerous crimes
Edward Mulindwa has committed against Canada's tough Hate Crime and
Anti-Discrimination laws. We will wait to see what action the mounties take.
It is therefore very clear that Edward Mulindwa should not take what I write
here on UAH as empty threats. I have given him very many warnings which he has
chosen to ignore. Luckily, by his stupid, insensitive and callous rantings, he
has provoked the relatives of his victims, including my own niece into
uncontrollable rage and anger. His wrinkled balls are now left perilously
exposed and will in the course of the next coming weeks keep getting squeezed.
Even though he is a stupid man, he should well have left sleeping dogs lie
rather than provoke his victims by publicly bragging about his crimes and
expending strenous amounts of effort in defending the horrors of genocide that
his regime inflicted on millions of defencless and totally innocent Ugandans.
