Okay I have neglected this thread as it wallops inside its defeat, There is no
government agency targeting Moslems in Uganda, there is no Movement interest
into targeting Moslems in Uganda, they are targeting themselves. There is a
whole whack of money in the religion and they are getting a whole whack of
funding from outside Uganda, and that money is becoming the problem. This is
Moslems murdering Moslems and I find it tough to believe Omuhongo Semuwemba
stating that there is a plan in Uganda to target innocent Moslems. Go back at
every killed man and find how much power he had and how much money he had
access too, but how many Moslems opposed him. My God I am threatened in UAH
for I post a series to a point that Peter Simon Okurut said that if I dare go
to Uganda he hopes I come back, and you think Moslems are not killing
themselves?
Get the government out and get Kayihura out for this is a very internal problem
sad as it is.

Abbey:
To ensure a full and thorough investigation, the IGP cannot and should not
approach the murder of the sheikh as anything other than a criminal activity.
Why? Because Nakaloke township where the latest sheikh was murdered is
relatively well off to do relative to surrounding areas. Many tycoons to use
Ugandan parlance in Mbale retire to their homes in Nakaloke, Namunsi,
Busajjabwankuba and further away in Kabwangasi, Budadiri, Bududa, Budaka,
Bukedea and Busolwe. Notice how many districts they return to.
Can you post the chronology or time frame of the Sheikh's movements up to until
his murder? According to the Monitor story, the sheikh was murdered after
leading prayers as he returned from evening prayers at the nearby Buyemba
Mosque. How far is Buyemba Mosque from Nakaloke/his home? Was the Sheikh
walking or driving home? Was he alone? Who was with him at the time of the
murder? Has police sought a warrant to look at the phone logs of those who
were with him when he was murdered? What about the phone log of those who
talked to him that day or even shortly before his murder? where exactly was he
shot at by boda boda riders? While he was walking/driving or on boda boda to
his home or while waiting for his home to open?
According to the Monitor, the supects were supported at Nkoma-home to the
Islamic University-by other boda boda riders and were forced to turn back to
Nakaloke-may be they disappeared in between.
Yes let the IGP look at everything and not be close minded about the murder.

Dr.Kipenji,
I'm not obsessed with guns but we are talking about what seems to be crimes
without accountability,i.e. the endless murdering of Muslim leaders. Has
anybody been arrested? No; Has any of the killers been shot on site?
No.......This isn’t a reaction to anything except the permissive atmosphere
created by the fact that most of us feel helpless with a gun pointed at us. If
the lives of the Muslim leaders really mattered that much to the govt, then we
would be having a conversation about how to build more police capacity to catch
the serial killers. But the fact that they haven't caught any since years ago
when these murders started, it means we have to devise individual means of
protecting ourselves.

Arming every Ugandan under the guise of being able to shoot back when shot at

justified) has
leashed on to Ugandans so that Museveni can have his way come 2016.
Look at what visited the US in the recent months. The US was able to contain

In Uganda, the violence is unleashed on the citizens by their government which
know darn well
that the wanainch are not armed and hate guns.
Lastly I do not know the paradigms of popularity or strength or whatever
adjective you use on
valuing "Opposition" leaders but I have to say, that you appear to be stuck in
time with Besigye
and it is this social inertia which is actually killing the "opposition" to
Museveni.

Friends,
I don't usually post stuff like this but I have always wondered how the Lord
Mayor Erias Lukwago has survived being gunned down by either Dr.Aggrey
Kiyingi's ''boys''(as alleged by police in regards to sheiks) or the ADF
bodaboda riders? By the way, sorry to hear of the murder of another Sheik in
Mbale yesterday.
Lukwago is arguably the second most popular opposition leader in the country,
behind Dr. Besigye, but he doesn't even put on camouflage clothing while out
and about. He sometimes dons in stylish jackets, and there is one particular
one i fancy(picture attached). I Just wish he could tell me the shop where he
bought it.
In these days and times, there is really nobody who can convince me that
they're immune to being 'mistakenly' or intentionally gunned down in Uganda,
probably apart from president Museveni. Our crime rate keeps going up,and I
think every Ugandan should demand to have a gun when you go out to town, such
that If someone shoots you, try to shoot them back at least before you die!
It's just not right for someone to kill you helplessly like a cockroach. It's
not right at all!
It's very clear that the police cannot protect civilians in a country where the
leaders need more protection. Anyway, you can't turn a bunch of Billy Bobs with
four weeks of police academy loose on the public with automatic weapons and
armored vehicles, and expect them to do anything descent. They see a woman with
an ''Ingrid Turinawe'' look around parliament and the next thing they could
think about is how to undress her--- to either see what they've not seen b4 or
get an excuse to call her a prostitute. Our cops are now known
private-parts-assassins!
Well, as they say:If you can't control someone, find a way to emasculate them.
Do you think Besigye and Lukwago are growing stronger or weaker everyday? By
the way, is there a blood link between sister Lukwago Shifrah with the Lord
Mayor?
