In as much as UAH has been narrowed down to insulting but demeaning center,
there are those of us that find the forum very useful to state the facts. And
the facts are very basic, if you studied on a Uganda bursary, if your tuition
were paid by a Uganda tax payer, make sure that you paid that tax payer by
getting employed in Uganda to build the country. For that was the thinking of
the tax payers in Uganda. If you decided to bolt out and use our parents sweat
as a profit to you, you family and their future, be warned that when we get the
government we expect in Uganda, it will start by shutting down scholarships
system till a clear investigation on how that system has been used so far.
After that system is shut down, the government will revisit the system its
self. And there are several issues that must be looked at but very closely {a}
Why under UPC government those scholarships were offered 85% to specific
districts and the entire country only took 15%? {b} What value did the tax
payer get out of his taxes from those students? {C} That investigation must but
will be empowered to go after all scholarship earners that simply left Uganda
after qualifying. Each and every single one of them will be requested to state
how they have served Uganda equal to the money they got from our country, and
if you cannot explain it then you must be handed a constitutional right to
refund the money that took, with the compound interest to date.
And common sense should have kicked in already in these degree holders to
question why they used Uganda tax payer’s money and end up in diaspora. My
father gave you his taxes to study not for he loved you, not for he wanted you
to be his step son/daughter and not for he wanted to screw your mother. He
bought your brain and you agreed to the sale. Go and study but serve the
country to make our lives better. You agreed to that concept and you agreed to
it by signing for the scholarship. The money that you used to go to school
must be remitted back to The Minister of Finance. You know Rwanda has stood up
and high as a country that hunts down past killers and it gets them deported,
watch Uganda as it becomes a country hunting down those that it educated and
they simply flew away.
The bill is going to show up on your door to understand how tough coffee
growing was in Uganda at a time.

Ggwe Mulindwa,
Which patents of yours paid Besigye's fees? Peleka uko utumbavu yako. Those who
know you very well have told us here you're a car mechanic by profession. Until
you stole some car parts and took off like wind, a certain garage in Luzira
used to employ you, where did you get those skills from?

Ggwe John Nsubuga
Where exactly did you train me? What institution did I attend and my parents
did not burn their behind to make sure that my tuitions are available sir? And
let record show that every Ugandan that lied to our parents that is going to go
to school to study but serve the country, thus got a scholarship or attended an
institution where tuition was paid by the tax payers, is listed in Uganda. And
I am opining that it is the right of Uganda tax payers to go after all these
degree holders that so studied on our parents back, and many under Amin’s
government by the way, so that they pay our country back what it thus handed to
them on condition that they will serve in Uganda. Our country needed educated
elites and it thus paid for the education, it never spent that money so that
the degrees be used in diaspora let alone become a weapon of mass destruction
in UAH for those of us the Mutasoomas have raised a hand.
And the system is going to be very easy, it no longer matter if you took the
money and it simply does not matter anymore if you are going back to serve the
country, what matters today is that you need to stand up and pay the tuition
you got from our poor parents to gain those degrees. We need the tuition that
we paid, and the compounded/accrued interest on top of it. Many of you went to
school for Barbas Killi handed you scholarships, so we need the inflation
factor put in as well. Our country did its part, it needs you to do yours as
well.
If you are a degree holder that used our parents money to go to school but you
are in diaspora, kindly do the right thing and pay up. Let record show that
after Museveni’s departure from power and we get a new government, I will
advise the next government to file an application to a credit agency so that
all Ugandans that studied on scholarship from our country, get a debt
registered on them.
Be wise and pay up before Museveni goes for after him I am going to go after
you and I am going to be as a firkin dirty shirt on your back.

But EM, didn't we train you on tax payers money to become a mechanic in our

our investment in you?

It is very strange how a man that was trained as a doctor just decides out of
the blue to become this useless. Kiiza Besigye must be regarded as a bad
investment to Uganda tax payers, as every degree holders that decided to use
tax payer’s money as tuition but turned around and use their education to
profit the countries that never paid their tuition. Uganda is a very poor state
to pay tuition for people to end up serving other countries and with absolutely
no remorse to turn around and pay Uganda back. We need to look again very
closely at who gets state financing and who does not. It becomes so sad that
individuals that have looted Uganda already are the very same individuals
singing today how terrible Museveni is.
Very strange indeed !!!!!!
