Yes it actually does add up, and as it is adding up I need you to explain to me
why money from drug traffickers is refused to be banked in our banks but money
looted out of Africa is clearly banked. And let me kindly clarify this now that
you are a degree holder that would have fought this war for Africa yet you
don’t. Why do these banks report 15 million dollars that have been deposited by
Mr. Menendez and classify it as money laundering, but when Mr. Museveni
deposits 50 million dollars they take it with no squeak?

today Mzee Ocaya Mike pOcure is President Museveni's dear friend who hate ICC
for targeting African dictators?
For me, if there are 1000 thieves or killers, I will rejoice if one is
arrested, that reduces the number and I pray more fall in the trap. When I
recall the TV broadcast of Sudanese Janjaweed (Arab militias) riding horses and
torched houses, chased and raped Darfurian women and children and killing men,
I regret reading your posting, comrade.

I think, justice cannot be done base on racism. Why am I saying so? YES,
because, I have never seen the ICC putting arrest warrants on both George Bush
Jr and Tony Blair who have committed genocide in both Iraq and Afghanistan?
How about the dubious state of affairs in Libya whereby the leader of Libya was
murdered directly by the strong military supports from EU, US and NATO
membership leaders?
YES, it is said justice must be done but how are you thinking about the issue
of Israelis leaderships of apartheid against Palestinians? The UN and, or ICC
cannot put arrest warrant against Netanyahu??
