There is a very serious issue you are failing to put your hands on, in the
years I posted all those writings, go back at every single one of them, and
you will find Allan Barigye opposing them, he never wanted me to raise an
issue on violence against Acholi. And why? Because he was inside The Movement,
and he was travelling between The States Kampala and Kigali, I posted them any
ways. Now why is he feeding on them today to a point of finding them useful?
You see UPC has that habit of criminalizing an individual as it does its dirty
jobs. And I am going back to Iddi Amin, many of the people that were murdered
in Uganda in the 70's were actually murdered by these friends that were
stationed in Tanzania at a time, but they made sure that they put an Iddi Amin
label on every dead for Amin was the sacrificed lamb. Because Museveni now is
bad news to circles of The Barigye's now everything they do or see in Uganda
must be labeled to Museveni. That is why it is important for him to post what I
posted way many years ago, postings I do not regret a sentence for they were
based on facts. And as I stated last night, Barigye is also preaching today
that the people that died in Northern Uganda were only killed by Museveni. So
to him Konny has not killed anyone so far and all reports I have posted and
continue to post are written by anti-Acholi population. And all that can be
pretty until when Barigye will go against you then all murdered in Uganda will
be hipped at you.
Then the one million dollar question becomes where are the writings of Barigye
complaining about atrocities to Acholi? Just asking !!!!!

vi. Lokung and Palabek
massacre, Kitgum District, Acholi, 7-12 January 1997:
412 killed
Between 7 and 12 January 1997, up to 412 civilians (men, women and children)
were killed by armed attackers in the northwest Kitgum sub-counties of Lokung
and Palabek and in nearby areas. The attackers swept through an area in which
there were no opposing forces, armed persons or resistance from the victims.
They killed the victims mainly with manual weapons (clubbing, hacking,
knifing) during the five-day period. Eye-witnesses and lists of those killed
may be consulted directly in Lokung and Palabek Trading Centers and at
displaced persons camps in Kitgum town and elsewhere. (The Anguish of

8. Abduction of children and
their forced recruitment into military service
The abduction of children who were then forced into military service and
sexual servitude was another prevalent practice by both Museveni army and
rebel groups opposed to the NRM rule. This practice was started in Uganda in
the early 1980s by Museveni and his guerrilla force (NRA) in central Uganda
(Luwero). It later spread to northern Uganda and the wider Great Lakes region,
especially DRC.
During the 22-year war in northern Uganda, more than 30,000 Acholi youths
disappeared, most of them abducted and killed by Museveni’s army.By Hern
