Ocen Nekyon

As I told Barigye this morning my time, you too have no vision how some
Ugandans still see Akena Adoko live in their midnight sleep, so kindly don’t
dare ask a question above your ability to understand. Which brings me to the
numbers as they have failed to ever lie. When I look closely at you as degree
holders that are not buffoons let alone idiotic, I see a very interesting
numbers and here we again go. And I am looking at numbers of how long Uganda
presidents that are degree holders and non-degree holders have lead.

Sir Edward Mutesa was a president from 9th October 1963 to 2 March 1966 thus
leading Uganda for 2 years and 144 days.

Dr Milton Obote took office between 2 March 1966 and 15 April 1966 to25
January 1971 thus leading Uganda for 4 years and 329 days.

President Iddi Amin an illiterate but a buffoon took office on 25 January 1971
to 11 April 1979 thus leading our country for 8 years and 76 days.

Yusuf Lule took office on 13 April 1979 to 20 June 1979 thus leading our
country for 70 days.

Godfrey Binayisa took office from 20 June 1979 to 12 May 1980 thus leading our
country for 327 days.

Paul Muwanga took office from 12 May 1980 to 22 May 1980 thus leading our
country for 10 days

The presidential commission took office from 22 May 1980 to 15 December 1980
thus leading our country for 207 days.

Milton Obote took office again on 17 December 1980 to 27 July 1985 thus leading
our country for 4 years and 222 days.

Bazilio Olara Okello took office on 27 July 1985 to 29 July 1985 thus leading
Uganda for 2 days.

Tito Okello took office on 29 July 1985 to 26 January 1986 thus leading Uganda
for 184 days.

Now at this point there are two points I need to raise on this chronology {a}
It is important to note that Paul Muwanga remains the only Uganda president to
voluntarily resign from office, that is important to be recognized to the man.
{b} It is as well, important to recognize Chris Opoka as a Uganda president for
he was a president I think for a day or two, now I do not know the exact dates
to list him but it is important we recognize him as a former Uganda president
as well. {c} It is imperative that we recognize that UPC a party built by the
most degree holders has had the following people leading Uganda, Milton Obote,
Godfrey Binayisa, Paul Muwanga, The Military Commission, and Obote two
government

Ocen Nekyon here is my question sir, when I list all of these leaders, why is
the illiterate man a non-degree holder but a buffoon own the longest time to
lead Uganda?

Wow, really is UPC this low now? And I have followed this UPC militarism as I
have stated many times that your party is failing for you expect to run politic
s without discussing issues with people, so to you as a solution to this
debate, I am an idiot and the next step you call Akena Adoko to instruct a Land
Rover driven by an Acholi and come to blow me up. Problem solved. Now that I am
an idiot, let me touch on this abusiveness your party feeds onto. You see there
is one thing I have ignored to point out and for a very long time. It is now
time to do so. Many people on this forum particularly George Okello who
believes he got his education from another planet exclusively reserved for him,
call Museveni stupid the same thing they did to Amin for 8 years in the 1970s.
Now unless we do not understand the meaning of the word stupid, it is actually
very stupid to call Museveni stupid. How can a man who is stupid accomplish the
following since 1971:

1. Museveni has outdone all his fellow thugs for four decades
2. He successfully launched a bush war, fought it for five years and won
it.
3. He welcomed the invitation by Okello & Okello to negotiate peace in
Nairobi
4. He agreed and signed it while re-organizing his rear to show his
fellow thugs the door for the third time (Remember these were the same thugs
with whom he fought Amin and later helped him to get rid of Obote II government.
5. He took power in January of 1986 and has been in charge since.
6. He has driven out the petty thugs such as Besigye, Muntu, Mbabazi and
Sejjusa out of hiss camp.
7. He has held successful fake elections in which the opposition has
participated 3 times and they are about to participate in another fake one
willingly.
8. He camped the Acholi for 20 years and yet they continue to serve him
and have no shame kissing his butt, to a point that you Ocen served under UNAA
a Movement organization funded by Museveni.
9. He has successfully turned the so-called UPDF into a mercenary force
that is hired by not only the UN but failed states such as the Republic of
South Sudan.
10. The international community still consider him as its partner, even
though it is partner in crime.
11. He has successfully turned into NRM chapter UNAA while using UAH as his
mouth piece.

Fellow countrymen and women, with all these successful steps, who is stupid
here, Museveni or those who call him stupid for they are degree holders? Just
asking !!!!!!

Don’t bother asking Ocen Nekyon a straight question as such, just watch how he
fumbled with the response. Stay long here you will get acquainted with his
frustration. Don’t ask straight questions for you will never get them answered.

You must be in love with millions of women. There are many out there with

I think this woman is a racist bully.

She married a black man and decided that she has 'superior white intellect '
compared to the blacks.

As she was not sure how she measures against her fellow whites, this woman
decided that if she poses as a black woman she would have less competition.

She was proven right as she rose to head the NAACP.

I am not surprised that her disgusted white parents plus the black x-husband
turned her in.

She is a racist fraud.

Folks;

I'm saddened by this development. Given a nano chance, I would re-hire her.

NAACP is losing a strong leader, with the kind of passion and vision that can
withstand the well-orchestrated challenges that the organization faces on a
daily basis.

Rachel Dolezal has stepped down from her position as president of the NAACP
chapter in Spokane, Washington.

Dolezal announced the news in a

statement published to the Spokane NAACP Facebook page on Monday morning. It
read:

Dear Executive Committee and NAACP Members,

It is a true honor to serve in the racial and social justice movement here in
Spokane and across the nation. Many issues face us now that drive at the theme
of urgency. Police brutality, biased curriculum in schools, economic
disenfranchisement, health inequities, and a lack of pro-justice political
representation are among the concerns at the forefront of the current
administration of the Spokane NAACP. And yet, the dialogue has unexpectedly
shifted internationally to my personal identity in the context of defining race
and ethnicity.

I have waited in deference while others expressed their feelings, beliefs,
confusions and even conclusions - absent the full story. I am consistently
committed to empowering marginalized voices and believe that many individuals
have been heard in the last hours and days that would not otherwise have had a
platform to weigh in on this important discussion. Additionally, I have always
deferred to the state and national NAACP leadership and offer my sincere
gratitude for their unwavering support of my leadership through this unexpected
firestorm.
While challenging the construct of race is at the core of evolving human
consciousness, we can NOT afford to lose sight of the five Game Changers
(Criminal Justice & Public Safety, Health & Healthcare, Education, Economic
Sustainability, and Voting Rights & Political Representation) that affect
millions, often with a life or death outcome. The movement is larger than a
moment in time or a single person's story, and I hope that everyone offers
their robust support of the Journey for Justice campaign that the NAACP
launches today!

I am delighted that so many organizations and individuals have supported and
collaborated with the Spokane NAACP under my leadership to grow this branch
into one of the healthiest in the nation in 5 short months. In the eye of this
current storm, I can see that a separation of family and organizational
outcomes is in the best interest of the NAACP.
It is with complete allegiance to the cause of racial and social justice and
the NAACP that I step aside from the Presidency and pass the baton to my Vice
President, Naima Quarles-Burnley. It is my hope that by securing a beautiful
office for the organization in the heart of downtown, bringing the local branch
into financial compliance, catalyzing committees to do strategic work in the
five Game Changer issues, launching com
