Ugandans
Writing as the one Ocen Nekyon and WBK have done here are good concerns, but
let us go to the real issue here which is The Luwero war, you see Museveni's
recent behavior and his refusal to step down after nearly three decades puts
all those who participated in the Luwero war in the name of fundamental change
to shame, and to me this practically makes all of them criminals, murderers
and rapists, for by their very own acts they brought Museveni a killer, and the
worst out of the Acholi people a trait that very few Ugandans were familiar
with let alone knew about.
It is thus unthinkable that the same killers of Luwero (Mbabazi, Besigye,
Sejjusa and Muntonyera) are being paraded today, as better options to Museveni.
Ugandans, if the only thing you know how to do so well, is supporting killers
and rapists of all kind, why don't you just leave Museveni rule until he dies
naturally? To abuse Ugandans even more, Besigye is the one who wrote the same
policy Museveni has been using since he came to power. If these are the people
you are lining up as presidential candidates in 2016, my friends, it is best we
let Ugandans go back to their traditional and tribal governance.
May be it is time we agree that modern governance has failed in Uganda. After
50 years of trying, may be it is time to call it quits.

WBK:
Here is the thing about Gen Sejusa;
1) He has not been retired from the Army yet, which in simple English means
that he is ineligible to run for higher office;
2) I am yet to find two people, even among the Bahiima, who trust Gen Sejusa.
So the idea that he is second to M7 in the Hiima hierarchy is a little too far
fetched;
3) As we speak, there is no 'Bush General' who has pull in UPDF. They may have
the titles and "positions" but with little or no power.
The fellows who run the Army are Captains and Majors who answer directly to M7
through Muhoozi.
If you think I kidding, check out the structure of the Armored Division and how
it's run ;
4) The Democrat Alliance has one handicap; money!

Mr Nekyon:
You are right. YKM knows that he has another volatile contest on the way
against his real nemesis Dr Kiza Besigye so he lets his sidekicks fool Ugandans
with stupid their mudomo. I bet you it is targeted to crowed out the DA. Why is
it that the other fellow whom I vowed to never name again in UAH came out after
the DA was born? But gullible Ugandans starved for change never stop to
wonder. Many never wonder.
But calling in general Sejusa for chat also has other value. like I said YKM
wanted to tell Ugandans that no one is above his reach including a muhiima
general with some following albeit diminished among a small group of Bahiima
military leadership. General Sejusa's value or concerns depending on which
side you stand on is his perceived connections with military men and women.
There is certainly some overlap between YKM and general Sejusa's followers or
supporters within UPDF and I dare say even that specialized unit. If you will
many may tick YKM forts but rank general Sejusa their second choice. Which is
to say in the absence of YKM general Sejusa is their man.
But the chat is meant to send a message and a strong one: YKM is getting nasty
very soon not with those poor youth who keep changing sides for money but the
real thing. Ironically, YKM is going after NRM and may even send some to
Luzira. So far he has not antagonized DA but that will change if DA gains
traction in far places in Uganda.

WBK:
I simply do not understand why we all fall for this political theatre?
M7 is playing us all like a Harp. The question is what is going on here?
At this point I am under no illusion that Kiiza Besigye, is going to run and
probably be the flag bearer of whatever alliance the opposition comes up with.
So how is M7 supposed to respond to that Alliance? Increase the profile of many
potential opposition who may be interested in leading that Alliance.
That is why the harassment of JPAM and his supporters is being coverage that
simply does not make political sense. These car driving "poor youth" keep
changing sides based on the size of the "facilitation" but for some strange
reason we the public see no problem with that.
M7 could afford to ignore Gen Sejusa's rantings at no political cost, so why
go and arrest him? To simply give General Sejusa the profile of a martyr of
democracy when we very well know he does not have a single fibre of democratic
practices in his bones.
Keep thinking that JPAM can challenging M7 in NRM or Uganda for that.....

Mr. George Okello:
I do not believe general Sejusa but was called in to send a message to the rest
of the country. You see YKM is sectarian to a borne so he is telling Ugandans
that if he can take in general Sejusa, the Muhiima he can take in anyone. If
you will YKM is covering himself so we do not accuse him of being selective
when he goes after other noise makers. So he deals with general Sejusa and
calls him for chat with police officers.
That way YKM creates an alibi that he is not sectarian. Now that general Sejusa
has been taken in anyone for a chat, anyone can now land in police and even
Luzira so Ugandans should be prepared.
