When you build a political structure on a lie it ends up getting after you. The
question today Movements struggle with is what is next? For even though they
are getting out of power due to age, but they have planted many of their
children into power, so the children must deal with the question of what is
next? So you can play with the system and strangle it all you want but bottom
line the problem will reach a point of refusing to be neglected. And a very
good example is The Obama administration in Syria, The Obamas have been
fighting this war in secrecy, they go in and fight here or there. Many people
have died. And yet we have no detail of what is going on for it is not
reported. They are in at a point where the situation is very bad, and I want
you look closely at a city of Hasakah, from Friday/Saturday the Syrian jets
have been pounding right close to the American forces. I think on Friday or
Saturday, The pentagon had to scramble American jet fighters to go in and
protect American forces. Now at that point you cannot hide it for now many
observers will notice a change in pattern. Eastern Syria is really bad from the
weekend, and many of the coalition forces are in the east. Whether Syria has
decided to go after them it is not clear but this can easily potentially throw
the war directly between the Russian and American jets.
We are at a point where Museveni sits in his office and he wonders why he went
into Luwero, for today he does not control what can happen, the situation has
changed and it controls him, and the opposition that should have been his
solution is sadly dead. And that is the point I have been warning about always,
Uganda is going to blow up in our face, and our includes you me and Museveni
himself.

UAH folks,
It has been and continued to be quite unfortunate that we Ugandans are to blame
for the deplorable political situation in our dear country. Why? Because some
Ugandans thought the NRA/M7ism and his banditry regime was coming to correct an
alleged wrong of the late OBOTE and his aliens from North of Karuma bridge and
Lake Kiyoga. But, the NRA/M7ism and his bandits brought complete destruction of
the very political system and state we used to know by replacing it with what
is control by his family.
So for 32 plus years and still counting of the NRA/M7ism banditry family rules.
Ugandans must stand up and fight for their own political rights as the better
way forward.

But where will M7 get the money from, to 'outdonate' Kenyatta?

The pension I meant is NOT money.
It is protection.

Frank,
According to the HM, pension is for poor people. HE ridiculed the Mo Ibrahim
Leadership Fund stating that only poor people can be lured to leave power by a
mere $5.0 million dollars and donations to a foundation of their choice.

I think the retired HM happier without such official role because following

Allan/Simon
John Kerry met UK today and handed over the area headmastership to Uhuru.
Kenya will be in charge of US politics in the region. Kenya will head the
Somali, SSudan and all other rent-a-army business!
All foreign ministers of EAfrica attended.
The retiring headmaster M7 was not invited.
Kenya was told not to side with Kiir and to spearhead the UN army in SSudan.
In shallah.

Allan,
" A source privy to the discussions said Mr Gai implored President Kenyatta to
give his country a soft loan to help it deal with its current problems.
President Kenyatta is reported to have advised the group to send their finance
minister, their Central Bank Governor and agriculture minister to Nairobi with
a clear proposal, including the amounts needed and the modalities for repayment.
South Sudan relies on Kenyan traders for key supplies including food, edible
oils, pharmaceuticals, electronic products and manufactured goods."
I am sure President Museveni will handle this urgent request without subjecting
the ailing country to such bureaucracy, why does South Sudan waste time going
to Kenya which is delaying?
