Mr. Gwokto
Lol. So am I to understand that Matoike causes heart attacks? Oh Bwoyi ...!
-> Gwokto
Kindly do no laugh at that statement for laughing about it is what you and many
Ugandans have done in the past 50 years. Heart attacks have not started today,
they have been killing Ugandans for many years only that today we have the
ability to post it. Which makes one wonder, when you look on all people posted
to have died of heart attacks in Uganda they are high end people, just how many
porojo’s die of heart attack in Uganda that we do not get to know about? The
deaths of Ugandans bothered so many international doctors that they decided to
study it. Main doctors that treat heart problems in major cities like Toronto
London, Paris have accessed the information to know the effect of Matooke
through studies that were done in Uganda. Go to your hospital and talk to them,
especially Indian doctors.
Let us go to the facts before you laugh sir. A single banana has 422 milligrams
of Potassium, just a one munwe. How many minwes do Ugandans eat in a single
sitting. Remember you eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is the only
food you feed on. Now Potassium plays a vital role in maintaining your heart,
but you need to have a very good kidney to extract the excess you have. If your
kidneys are not able to extract the excess, it turns around and it goes after
your heart. Now how many Ugandans know how much potassium they have in their
body and how good are their kidneys? This discussion becomes very complex
because it gets attacked by two characters.
A} The single largest problem you will find is of those that look at Matooke as
the sole food in our country, and attacking it means that Ekityiibwa Kya
Buganda kiweddeko. To those I argue that no one wants to stop Matooke from the
table, what I am humbly requesting is that you educate your people, to go and
see their doctors to test just how much potassium they have in their body. If
the potassium is too much and the kidneys are not filtering it out, there is a
medication on shelves in Kampala to limit your potassium. It is in all Uganda
hospitals. You will continue to eat Matooke, but your doctor will monitor how
much prescription you need and how often. Our bodies function in different way
so there is no standard prescription, it must be tailored to your body and its
health/ability. It is very dangerous for you to keep on gulping Matooke when
you do not monitor what damage it does to you let alone knowing if it does not.
B} The second problem is the very ignorant people we have amongst ourselves.
Ugandans like you that simply laugh off a problem we have faced as Ugandans for
too long and we limit our reasoning to “Awumule mirembe” On your list, I will
add the litany of degree holders that simply laugh this problem off. Men like
George Okello that think that all answers to all questions are in the books.
People die of heart attack and he posts the pile of nonsense he has posted this
afternoon, to explain that all people die of heart attacks anyways !!!! Really
and it is only in Southern Uganda, Eastern Rwanda, in fact we now have numbers
from Mutukula area of Tanzania as in Kisi in Kenya? All these areas the common
factor is Matooke. In the poor minds of The George Okello’s, they believe that
reading craps of books is the solution to every problem we have out there.
Remember that three quarters of Ugandans today have a degree in something, why
no one is going about this killer that we have lived with for a half century?
95% of Ugandans that go to India for treatment go because of hearts for Christ
sheiks.
Uganda degree holders remind me of a report I read from the international
station, the station was set out there to be used by the international
community. Scientists go in and research, as they’re researching they are
supposed to make notes and then send them back to earth. Because there is no
gravity in space, pens do not work, you see when you use your pen on a paper,
ink drops on the paper due to gravity. Astronauts are not able to shit because
when you sit on a toilet, crap drops out of you due to gravity. In the station
you need to wear a sucking pump which pulls the shit out of you. That is why
pens cannot work. The American friends that see all solutions through money,
opened up a contract for any one to manufacture a pen that can write without
gravity. Because the international station is ran by many countries, many
countries started to do the research. They failed to find one. One evening a
Russian kid came home and he told his grandmother of the problem they have, we
are failing to find a pen that can write on the international station. Grandma
turns around and asked him one question, have you tried a pencil? They packed
pencils, pencil sharpeners and rubbers that to today notes on the station are
actually done by pencils. There is so much degree holder craps in our society
today that we need more of grandmothers than the firkin George Okello’s and you
sir.
And just for the record, ->it is Matooke than
matoike sir.

pala after suffering a massive stroke.
In a press release issued on Saturday, DP president Norbert Mao said Nsubuga
suffered the stroke on Friday at Mukono Bookshop in Kampala.
Please dont feed the forum with false information, especially when it involves
death. Wittingly or unwittingly, you may hurt the feelings of others. I know
the Nubian fart does not care about people's feelings, but I still want to
believe that you Abbey are different from the Nubian cut-throat.

That is total nonsense. And it is this very nonsense that has made Ugandans
very venerable. Look closely why do they mainly occur in Eastern Uganda,
Buganda, Western Uganda and Eastern Rwanda the most? Why don’t we have so many
Northerners dyeing hearth attack except when they live in Southern Uganda?
Don’t just throw hullabaloos out there without following the trend and the
characteristics that are happening in our country. Heart attack has been
killing people since Obote one government. And it is expanding as Matooke
expands in the region. Follow the cities out here where we die of heart attack,
it the same cities where Uganda matooke is available. So we left the problem in
Uganda, and we fly it into these cities and it is doing exactly what it does to
us at home. The Matooke you eat in London or in Toronto comes exactly from the
same lusuku Ugandans get it from to their plates.
When people die of a single disease, common sense must dictate that there is a
common thing they all use to get such effect. It is either what you eat, what
you drink or what you breath, it has to be a common factor. Thus if it is a
common factor, you stop to die by eliminating that factor, but to eliminate it
you need to isolate it first. Now I am not going to worry that much about your
degree in isolating it, what I am going to look at is Ugandans that have left
the country, and live in diaspora, therefore they are out of Uganda circles. If
it is water we drink in Uganda, it is out, that means the water is good. If it
is the air we breathe it is out, there for the air in Uganda is good. Guess
what you ship out of Uganda to East London twice a week.

Subject: Re: {UAH} DP secretary-general dies of heart attack
Abbey,
Most human beings die of heart attack. The heart is the last organ of the body
to stand in the great battle for survival. But the cause of death- of the heart
attack- is often a different matter altogether. Nearly 99% of Ugandans claim
heart attack as the cause of death- this is totally wrong, and I have been
asking our people here in the UK whose relatives die of HIV to be honest and
tell the truth. A patient with full blown AIDS/HIV will inevitably die of heart
attack, the body organs fail one at a time, and the heart will the last one
left standing, until it can stand no longer. I am not a doctor, but I work with
doctors every single day of my life, and I negotiate and contract out nearly
£150 million of cardiology Contracts in the South East of the UK every year. I
am sorrounded by 4 medical doctors in my family., so I know a lot about heart
problesms and its co-relation to other conditions. In my case, because I have
sarcoid, the doctors have told me in advance that I will most likely die of
heart failure, not because I have a bad heart, but because the most hearts will
not resist a concentrated sarcoid attack. Sarcoid, as I explained, is an
aberration where rogue body cells attack, rather than defend, vital body
organs. and the top cardiologist told me two weeks ago that the most a person
can survicve when his heart is attacked by sarcoid is two years. So if I die,
it will be because of SARCOID and not HEART CONDITIONS.
Most Ugandans think it is better to announce cause of death as heart failure,
rather than mention the underlying condition, particularly if it is HIV/AIDS.
Try to change this attitude because it is better to get our people to
concentrate on their live styles rather than taking refuge in heart failure, as
if it well make them rest better in their allocated chamber of finality.
This is not a judgement on Mr Nsubuga's sad passing awAy because I knew and
know nothing about his long ill Health. I wish his family well AT this
difficult time and salute him for the spirited fight he put up against tyranny
and dictatorship in our country. If other DP leaders were not so cowardly, self
serving and inept, perhaps the party would be in a stronger position today to
advance the cause of self-determination and independence of our nation.
