What shows that an African country is still in stone age? {a} A country that
looks at those in diaspora to ask for money for a pit latrine or {b} A country
that celebrates for it has received a Radiotherapy machine?

You know your country is still in " stone age " the moment people start
celebrating a radiotherapy machine to serve a population of 34 million people.
It reminds me of my childhood friends in Kangulumira who knew the owners, the
number plates and times of travel of cars in the area.....Tukyali bubi nyo!
