CPE Configurator GUI replaces relative paths with absolute paths when saving

In the CPE GUI, open a CPE descriptor that contains relative paths to an
Analysis Engine or CAS Consumer (for example,
examples/descriptors/collection_processing_engine/MeetingFinderCPE_Integrated.xml.
Then save the CPE descriptor to a new file. The realtive paths will have
become absolute. This should not occur.
