CDE Scrolling Problem on Mac

Go to the Type System definition page for a descriptor that defines many types
(e.g. OpenNLPExampleTypes.xml in uimaj-examples). Resize the Editor so that
the scrollbar is only partly visible (by dragging up the split bar that
separates the CDE from the Console view or whatever happens to be below the CDE
in your Eclipse layout). Then try to scroll in the list of types. On a Mac
this does not work properly.
