"Building with Maven" link on website nav bar does not work

Clicking the "Building with Maven" link on the nav bar brings me to the top of
the "Source Code" page. The intention was to link to a section in the middle
of the page, but it doesn't seem to work.
Anyway, I think this approach may be confusing and it might be better to create
a separate page with the build instructions if it's desired to have a direct
link from the nav bar.
