Another approach might be to get the javahelp generation of DocBook to
work. I tried that with some success, but none of the graphics made it
into the javahelp part; maybe javahelp doesn't support jpeg, I don't
know. I gave up at that point. If you have any more insight here, it
might be an avenue worth exploring. The javahelp we might also be able
to package in a jar, and not be dependent on knowing a path to the docs.
