In 2.0 we added FSIndexRepository.getAllIndexedFS(Type) which is a way for
users to get access to all indexed instances of a type without knowing the
index label. The equivalent should be added to JFSIndexRepository as well.
This is important for the "default bag indexes" to be usable, because the user
will not be aware of the index label in this case.
