Done and tested. The response to getSupportedXCasVersions is "2". I
implemented a method in VinciAnalysisEngineServiceStub which queries this
operation, if the service gets a response that doesn't specify a version (such
as an "unknown operation" message), the stub returns the value "1". This can
later be used to customize the XCAS sent to a service based on the version that
it supports.
Tested on old and new services.
