Right you are - turned out to be "operator problem" (that would be me...) You see, I have some non UIMA projects in my workspace, so I have a habit of selecting all the uimaj-xxxxx projects and clicking on Update. Because jvinci follows a different
naming convention, I missed updating it.... Sorry - Marshall
